Went to talk to them about a problem with my phone, all they wanted to do was sell me a new phone and more expensive plan! That's not customer service! Will not go back to that store.

On 3/4/22 I called the store to confirm they had what I was looking for, then showed up at 2:30 and was taken cared by KARINA "thumbs up" Store was clean, service was cordial and pleasant, manager was very friendly and moments later I walked out with a brand new phone. I would return to your store in a heart beat, I appreciate your staff costumer service! Hasta pronto!

Service person was disinterested in my problem with my phone, didn't seem to know ways to repair the problem and didn't seem to believe me that I never locked my phone, so I had no password to reopen the phone which had become locked. She was rude in her terse responses throughout the discussion I had with her.
