My husband and i came in on the 22nd of july around 7pm and the sales associate was very helpful. He helped me with putting the box spring in the back of my truck as well as thanking my husband for his service and being a big supporter of the military. We will definitely recommend going to the Riverhead location and will definitely go back to get more mattresses from them!

Stopped by to look for a comfortable but inexpensive twin size mattress. Roger was very helpful and he scheduled delivery for the next day. I received a call advising if a 3 hour window. The mattress delivery arrived on time, the driver was very courteous and professional. He even called in advance to give me a heads up as to what precise time I could expect him. I’ve only slept on the mattress one night, so I can’t review my sleep yet.

Roger could not have been nicer. He stayed within my budget and helped me pick the best products for me and my girls based on our individual preferences and usage. If delivery goes smoothly in 2 weeks, this was a homerun!

NOT WORTH THE ONE STAR! Absolutely disgusting customer service. The man on the phone who hung up with me when I asked for his name after his poor service and dismissive conversation about a mattress I was looking to pick up in store. He was condescending, and refused to help. I spoke to two other locations prior to this one (both which led me to his location) and they were fantastic. This man was terrible. I will be posting in all mom groups and all forms of social media to spread the word to not shop at this location.

I literally never write reviews but i just have to share my experience at this mattress firm. I came in looking for a queen size mattress and possibly a box frame for a good price, and Roger gave nothing but great advice and listening ears. After a few beds I started to reconsider and think about ordering online but Roger finally found the perfect one. It wasn’t too soft or too firm, and a box frame that was just the right size. He even convinced me to buy a mattress protector as well ! I’m very thankful for his help and i will definitely be advising my friends and family if they need a bed GO TO ROGER !!! thanks a bunch !

delivery person: Jonathan was very professional, friendly and helpful.He ensured furniture gets into room without making any contact to interior walls or something else. He also insured there is no garbage left outside the garage or in my room. I would recommend heading out white glove delivery. It’s very quick and professional.
