What an absolute disaster for a Lowe’s store. They don’t answer their phones, send the wrong order out for pickup, never reimbursed me, came to take away the wrong order they sent without sending a replacement. They hang up on me, transfer me, put me on hold. A five minute fix took over a week to reconcile. The people that answered the phone in deliveries has to be the most incompetent and rudest.

Don't use the Minute kiosk to make keys. Made 2 keys that didn't work. When I went back to Lowes for a refund, they couldn't help because it is not their machine.

The men at the garden center were so sweet! I needed to know whether a plant was and even though they didn’t understand, they immediately got someone who knew where what I needed was. They offered to help and asked questions if it was the right thing. Very happy with the service!

Do not buy any lawnmowers there. I bought a toro that i thought was one of the better mowers. Almost 600$. Lasted 4 mows. Now because it just over 30 days they won’t take it back. It was a total pos from the first cut and I should have taken it back after the first mow. I’m stuck with a mower that doesn’t work and my lawn keeps getting higher. Go to one of the local shops. You may pay a little more but the product and service is better.

Sent the wrong size sink for customer (listed wrong on their website)returned it and they couldn't give me the right size back or offer me the same price on a different lower quality sink.

First of all, one star because anything lower is not available! Purchased a professional level oven from them a couple years ago with a three year extended warranty .( still hasn't expired).Recently called them with a few problems. Technician came and was here well over an hour inspecting the unit.he decided problems were too great to fix! ( thermostat issues , can't get temps that its set for, chaotic ignition of the burners, oven door is not closing to insure proper seal). when spoke to the claim department representative, he claimed all of this was due to the "abusive" use of the oven ( still don't understand how a thermostat and chaotic ignition issues are due to abusive use) and they won't be paying for it. By the way there's not a single evidence of abuse and ask them to come and inspect it but it was refused by the representative. I went back to the store to find out my other options. Store manager basically said there is nothing he could do and recommended to buy a new oven! needless to say I won't be buying anything from them in the future. I hope this helps anyone who is planning to purchase an expensive item from them because their so called "extended" warranty isn't even worth the paper that its written on.. Obviously product I purchased, wasn't built as good as they advertised! Customer service none existing!! Date of experience: March 11, 2024
