The stafff need to be checked by management who cannot see that their employees does not want help any customers even if they ask for help they refuse to help and people are just left by self .the staff is very rude please make sure check your behavior.i was looking for Levi’s jeans and they gave me instead of that express

Brianna was extremely helpful and diligent in assisting me when I was issued a faulty gift card. (I initially had an unpleasant experience in the store with another girl at the counter "just call the 800#") After coming back in I landed in the hands of wonderful Brianna. She was patient in identifying the issue, and thorough in working with customer service to get it resoved. If you are Brianna's boss.. YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HER! She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and a problem solver!

Went here to pick up a couple pairs of jeans and one pair I wanted they didn't have in the store, so the store clerk told me that she could order them and have it shipped directly to my house which was very convenient. It arrived in a few days. Thank you for that tip, it made life a little easier that I was able to have them shipped to me,. If not I would have had to wait and may not have made the purchase. Thanks Levi's for the like hack and thank you to the sales associate that helped me.

Excellent customer service from Faith. I was shopping with my husband and Faith asked great questions to discover my best Levi’s fit. She recommended two other pairs she thought I would like and encouraged me to buy all three , which I did!When you find jeans you like you should just buy them.I’m delighted ?

The customer service is unprofessional. Bought a vest, and the salesperson didn’t take away the tag. Noticed only on the way back leaving the outlets, so have to go back all the way to the store, and didn’t get even an apology , the lady on the cashier said so what it happens.
