The room, lobby and hallway was nice and clean. The heater system didn’t work. It seems like they have some automatic energy saver set up. The system would start, would not blow hot air and then shut off. It’s February and very cold in the room. The pressure in the shower wasn’t strong enough. Bed were comfy. There was not enough staff to bring up blankets. I had to go fetch them myself in the middle of the night. Would I stay here again. I’d probably search other places before I choose this place.Rooms: Pos:Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy.Neg: I don’t like that I can’t control temperature and we had to endure being cold through the night and also the pressure of the shower head was not strong.

The hospitality and kind behavior that was shown to my wife, child and my self with the the staff especially regarding the manager Patrick was a pleasant surprise! Thank you Patrick !

This was my second time staying at this lovely Hilton Garden Inn. Each time I stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub. Really clean rooms, helpful staff, comfortable beds, spacious room, and a great resturaunt. We love coming here and hope to be back!

Only great part of our stay was the woman in charge of serving dinner and breakfast. An ex-nurse, she had compassion, a sweet, kind manner, and she was the best part of our stay.As a Hilton member we didn't even get the welcome bag of water until she got it for us after breakfast.No robes, shower cap, room service...no real amenities. But there is a pool and workout room.

The worst experience of my life. We drove almost 2 hours to spend a good time at the hotel, since they have a pool and hot tub. When we arrived the hotel seemed good, nice and clean but once we entered the room... It is totally different. I wanted to brush my teeth and it turned out that there were worm eggs in the glasses. After seeing that, I started looking around the room and found another insect next to the bed.The carpet is so old and dirty that it should be replaced, the room smells too much of chlorine, the towels smell like mold...But what bothered me the most is that we only spent 3 hours there and we wanted to leave the room and the only thing they did was say they were sorry, they could only give us another room and well... How do they want me to feel safe after having seen that? And from what I saw in other reviews, all the rooms are dirty. We wasted $150 for nothing. I will never return to Hilton.

Lots of great amenities - pool, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), coffee maker, fridge, etc. Room was okay. Heat was noisy and the plug in the bathroom was blocked by the soap dispenser. Overall - good value and convenient to wineries and hamptons.

While the hotel is generally great with its good location, cleanliness, and enjoyable atmosphere, the recent experience was marred by rudeness at the front desk, making it uncomfortable to stay. Despite being loyal guests for years, the unexpected lack of courtesy during this visit was disheartening.Nearby activities: Great Winery is around. Enjoyable experience

Great location Great Breakfast but need TLC. New carpets - painting & need to be more accommodating to visitors. We had a party of 20 and had 5 rooms. (A girls weekend. Family only with children ages 9mos - 9 years old). We ordered in food (Pizza Wings Salad ). Asked if we could go somewhere in the hotel and eat together as a family as we did in the past under another manager. We would clean up no problem no alcohol no problem. Stay no more than an hour & then head to the pool with the kids. But the answer was Absolutely no. Unless we wanted to go thru catering and have the food catered in by the hotel. So 20 of us sat in a crowded room to get together that night. We were told if the party was bigger that the hotel would have been more accommodating. The problem is we come back every year will that wedding party come back again??? Pictures I did take pictures of the rooms carpets etc. . I can post if needed.Rooms: Rooms need updating and new carpets. Carpets are stained and dirty throughout the hotel. Kids socks would be black at the end of the day.Noteworthy details: Good breakfast. Victoria the Waitress has been there for years very friendly always greets you with a smile.

Booked 2 rooms last minute for a wedding a few Fridays ago. When booking there was no ADA room available for my parents so I booked 2 standard kings. While my parents did not need wheelchair access, other features of an ADA room are extremely helpful for their limited mobility. Upon check-in I asked if an ADA happened to open up and while it had not, Patrick at the front desk was so kind to reach out to the customer who booked it to see if they required an ADA room. He mentioned that many times people do not realize that they booked that type of room. After speaking with the customer he informed me they did not need that room and placed my parents there. This was a game changer for them (and me) and made the stay so much more pleasant. We were all very grateful for him thinking to make that call and not just saying that it was not available. Thank you Patrick again for your kindness and compassion.

Patrick at the front desk during the day is awesome!! Good location, restaurant has good food and drinks, clean rooms, friendly staff. If your looking for a nice place to stay while in the Hamptons, this is it!

Been here a few times. The restaurant is quite good!! Always friendly staff. The ash trees that comprise most of the parking lot greenery are all in various stages of dying from Emerald Ash Borer and it would be nice if those were replaced… a bit depressing. Note that room prices vary dramatically by season.

Breakfast was ala carte only and was terrible.Potatoes soaked in grease at 9:00 am and warm Turk sausage was not cold and dry.No toast came with my egg order.The 5 min to receive them when I asked how long became 15 min poor server was all alone the other man didn’t assist but watched and was behind bar?My associate and I are both lifetime diamond members I wanted a 1:30 late checkout due to a conf biz call but they said no had to vacate room 11:45 and I left at 12:00.Then I asked about a quiet spot for a quick 15 very important biz call but he could only offer to charge me for a conf room really….?Lastly no free coffee to take with me they charged me 3.75The management ownership group also operates the Marriott next door wonder if that’s any better?
