The car we rented smells like smoke. The car was not ready for our reserved rental pick up time.

Rented a car here for my parents. They had a lengthy check in process and only one employee working. Waited over an hour to get to pick up a car. It shouldn't be this difficult, especially on the busiest week of the summer. Wish we had spent the $30 extra and used Enterprise.
