Very friendly, and spacious farm shop. Easy in and out, lots of parking.We usually come here for pies made to order, which are way better than that other place. Often end up adding other stuff like veggies and in-season flowers.

A great place to come. The farm stand always has fresh produce with a large variety , great for people who like farm to table. For fall activities pumpkin and apple picking are available. They do what farmers do …grow produce. It’s nice to go to a place and not feel like you at the farm version of Disney . The staff are awesome and always helpful. Highly recommend coming here. Support the local farmers.

Never have I ever met a nastier, miserable, ugly hearted group of people running a farm. The old woman in charge should be a drill Sargent with the way she speaks and talks to her clients, She should never be allowed to speak to customers much less be the "checkout Girl." My family spent over 300 dollars on Pumpkins alone and were treated like we were stealing something. We got there at 3:15 and were leaving 3:55, they said they closed at 4. there was no closing sign for the patch but we were promptly kicked out at 3:50. My father who just underwent knee surgery was being yelled at that "he was not walking fast enough" and my mother who was trying to take photos of my little brother was told "we should've gone elsewhere if we wanted to take pictures." But I have to say, of all the comments I heard that day, the weirdest of all were the many comments made about the car I drive. With comments such as "you can afford It look at your car" and "Go Get back in your Cadillac." I guess we can add Resentful and Bitter to their long list of business adjectives they represent.

My family and I have come here 2 years in a row, this was our third year. They have a fenced in area for kids to play, this year it was an additional cost of $10, which was fine... I have a 3 year old toddler that is a nervous nelly and did not want go in and play by himself. Understandably so. I was told I had to wait behind the fence or pay another $10 for myself, when adults are clearly incapable of fitting down the child slide etc... That was, to say the least, upsetting. I just wanted to be able to get my child on the bouncy house and assist him in taking off his shoes etc..., that requires an additional cost?We also went to the apple orchards there, the woman told me I wasn't able to take my stroller. Again, having a toddler, that really isn't an option.Communicating with the workers there was tough. They were very rude and always had something to say about everything we did. We spent $125 for pumpkins, $50 in the store on food, candles etc.., $60 on apples and every chance they got, they were Nickle and Diming us for more money and not kind about anything. I have NEVER had ANY issue with any farm stand, orchard, winery out east. NEVER. We will not be returning there.

Lovely flowers. Well displayed making it easy to walk about. Their farmstand is one of my favorites in Riverhead. And we have a lot to choose from. Mickey is a great help she’s a baker too.

Wish they could rate Minus. Bought two 22 dollar pies for fathers day gifts . Blueberry and an apple Crumb . Both gifts were complained about as terrible pies . Blueberry was Tart and Crumb was too sweet and awful . . Pies were displayed and sold on an exterior table exposed to sun ! Terrible Pies and 22 dollars a piece . First time we ever threw a pie away . It was that Bad !

We have been coming to Helen’s for easily 15 years but sadly this will be our last. They have now changed the grounds so that after you buy your food you then have to PAY $15 PER PERSON to sit at a table to eat it!!! What a way to say you hate your patrons.

I always enjoy coming here every fall but was disappointed this year. The lady cashier was extremely rude to us and had a bad attitude. We did not appreciate that after giving them so much business.

Used to be our favorite place not happy about the $15 per person and even less happy about the ants in the bread we purchased. My daughter was transitioned when she cut into the bread and saw all the ants ?

We came here every Fall for 10 years this will be our last. Each year the cost goes up for less things. This year they fenced off the picnic tables with the bounce house and play ground so if you bought food from them you wouldn’t be able to sit and eat it unless you paid $15 each person. So grandparents that aren’t able to walk can’t even sit to eat. Terrible system so disappointing.

One of the most beautiful farms I have ever been to. Began our day with pumpkin picking in their still on the vine pumpkin patch, did the tractor pulled hay ride with a stop at the animal farm, the kids loved feeding the animals! Back over to the farmstand where they had a large variety of produce, most of which is grown right on the property. Shopped for mums, which were very reasonably priced. Finished the day by getting snacks at the snack bar while the kids played on the playground. All around great day! Super friendly staff!

Annual tradition pumpkin picking, corn maze, food, pies. Unfortunately last visit here, pumpkins great! But $15.00 per person to enter area for picnic table to eat food purchased here is very unfair. Skipping the corn maze we have aged out of the bounce house experience that's included in the pay one price experience. Not buying a pie have to go somewhere for lunch now.
