August 8, 2023. Horrible customer service at Riverhead, NY location. The first encounter patients have is with the receptionist on the phone. Can you imagine having an unprofessional rude one in this clinic? She kept sighing if she didn’t like what she heard from me and my wife. We requested the same provide me since we had the same doctor for 13 years. It worked! Why sabotage something that works just fine? And she sighed? Terminate her.We can’t help but leave. She was disrespectful. Remember, mental illness does not mean stupid. Stop treating your patients like one! Fire her!

Started off really great a couple of years ago, but 2 of my therapists left for other jobs. Wonder why? After that, quality of service went downhill. Had to repeatedly tell the group therapy counselor that I'm unavailable for evening sessions because I work evenings and had transportation issues this past summer. Was dropped like a hot potato with no warning whatsoever. Now I'm having to scramble around to find another psychiatrist. Any suggestions?

The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Terrible lack of communication between departments. And the therapist I spoke to did far too much talking and not nearly enough listening. She breezed through every session giving the most basic of common-sense "advice" but not taking enough time to understand me as a patient or a person. Terrible.
