I entered the store. There was no one else in the store other than the manager and another employee. They were engaged in a conversation and did not even acknowledge me. I was shopping for about ten minutes. They continued with their conversation some personal and some professional. I never received any help. I took my jacket to the front counter and then the sales associate handled my payment. I asked if a manager was on site. She acknowledged that the other employee was the manager. The manager had been organizing stock the entire time I was in the store. I completely understand this. The sales associate then asked if there was a problem. I explained that I was never acknowledged not assisted during my brief stay. The sales associate said, "You just need to ask". She went on to say that what they were doing was important. I replied, "More than acknowledging and assisting customers?". I did not feel welcomed nor valued as a customer. I had been to twenty stores at the Outlets that day. All other stores treated their customers well. I have avoided giving specifics about the manager and employee's conversation, but safe to say their conversation should have happened behind closed doors.

Confonted by store manager when I was taking a couple of pics. She was very uppity. I asked her if it was against company policy for me to do so. It isn't, so why was I confronted?!
