Tried this place again after 3 weeks in a row of them not fixing something and this time I went to return bottles and full. Ok no big deal. Spent an hour shopping and other stuff and every time is just "I called him" whatever that means. Only thing good about this place is the curbside service. If you look for things to be stocked, working or fast take the drive to yaphank or middle island. Definitely worth the trip

Online Buyers Beware!!! Walmart delivery uses a company called Spark and their driver Rochelle is as incompetent as the day is long. I placed an order for delivery and I received a text that my package was being delivered along with a live map of the drivers car and for 10 minutes I watch the delivery person go around in circles not finding my home, then she pulled over and I received an alert on the Walmart app that there was an attempted delivery and my package is being returned to the store. I called customer service and told them about the botched delivery and that the driver didn't know what she was doing. CS said they would send a different person to deliver the package and I would receive it by 9pm that nIght, well the time came and went and No Delivery! I called the following day to complain and got the run around so I cancelled the order and will never buy from Walmart again.

my dad wanted me to come here because he needed a ride to come here, as soon we entered i was not happy cause its fricking nasty!! i bought sour patch and i ate some and inside it had a hairball wtf that is disgusting!! 0/10 do not buy sour patch. (wish i could give this nasty bad man place a -1

If I could give zero stars I would. The guy at the self checkout started taking bleach out of my cart stating it is store policy to be able to only buy one. There is no sign in that area stating only one per customer. This guy was a true pos. If this is the case you should have a sign. Never shopping here again.

I went to the Riverhead Walmart on March 13, 2021 and purchased a computer monitor. It was damaged right out of the box, and Walmart refused to take it back or refund my money. In the meantime, I had to go buy another monitor elsewhere as I need this for work-related purposes. Obviously there will be follow up. I've bought plenty of computer monitors and accessories from Walmart in the past. But since the do not accept returns on damaged items that they sell, that is the end of purchasing items like this for me. If they are going to sell products "Caveat Emptor", like a pawn shop, then this information needs to be told to the customer up front. Poor product, poor policies, and very poor customer service. I am giving a one-star review only because there is no option for no stars.

Hey people its Walmart. Get a grip. Walmart is selling availability and price. They have in this store 90% of my needs for the week every week. Rarely do I go into the Riverhead store where where my 30 item list isn't 100% filled. Walmart gives you name brands at the right price the first time. If Walmart and Home Depot have the same exact item I can't tell you how many times charged HALF of Home Depot. If you want better customer service or you feel you are too important to wait on a checkout line go to Macy's or Saks..

Not a fan of Walmart stores, but they did have a convenient garden center, with separate entrance. Better than the rest of the store. But its been closed off and not accessible unless you go to the other end to their main entrance, walk all the way back, and then back again to the crowded front registers. Who is going to do that for bulky garden purchase items? Recommend going to Lowes or Home Depot who keep the Garden Center separate with entrance open, and registers. Too crowded to safely shop with all shoppers corralled into one bunch of close together lines without enough cashiers for the masses that pour in. No spacing markers for safety. No garden center registers open, which could have offset some of the human herding of hundreds into one area. Covid safety fail.

This place has the biggest group of useless people working customer service and pick up. How many people does it take to do nothing. Let me count.....7! What a joke. I'd rather just pay for shipping than waste any more of my life watching the idiots try to contribute to society.

Worst Walmart on earth!!! 0 stars if I could. Giant cluster F every time I come here. Also they don't participate in Savings Catcher. They've lied since the day they broke ground on what was supposed to be a Super Walmart and ended up just being a new version of the crappy Walmart that used to be at the east end of town. NICE JOB!! Maybe pay employees a living wage and open some more registers.

So annoyed. Currently waiting on a line with 9 people ahead of me. I made a purchase and after the transaction was processed, I saw that the cashier had charged me for 4 items that I only had 3 of. She told me she couldn't do a refund and said I had to go to customer service for the correction. So after waiting 15 minutes on line to check out, now I have 9 people ahead of me doing returns while I wait my turn. I asked to be moved up and assisted immediately, and I was told there was nothing they could do, and if I wanted my money back, I had to wait on line. What BS! So I am currently making use of my time with this 1-star review. Definitely not good customer service, especially when their employee made the error, not me.

The worst Walmart I have ever been in. Help is the pits, very few workers speak English. Customer service dept. is terrible, the most unfriendly obnoxious people work there. I guess they hate returns! I'd rather drive to the Centereach store.

Worst Walmart electronics dept. Not one employee in sight. Eventually an employee walked by with a shopper. I asked if they could see if someone could come to the electronics dept. the shopper looked back at me & said, "that's never going to happen". I waited 15 more minutes, then used the phone at their register to request an employee to go to electronics. As I'm waiting at the register, I noticed a man down an aisle that kept looking at me. All he could see was a face located at the register. I realized that he must have thought I worked there because he kept looking at me without asking anything. I decided to stare directly at him because it was clear that something wasn't right. He left & I'm still waiting. I'm looking at merchandise in the middle of the aisle, that should be hanging on a shelf. 5 minutes later (20 minutes total), "DAVID" walks over. I pay for my item. I take a dime out & ask for a bag. He says, "it's a nickel". I hand him the dime & he looks at me with his blank stare & says "they don't charge for bags where you're from......"EXCUSE ME". I didn't question as to why I need to purchase a bag...This is coming from a man that leaves the electronics dept long enough for anyone to steal items, & he's bitching because he can't figure out how to get that nickel back in that register, before his shift is over. What about the million nickels worth of merchandise that walks out of the store because "DAVID" isn't there to do his job. I walk up to the customer service desk & I hear the intercom that says, "Employee needed in the electronics dept....WTF!!!! GONE FOR 20 MINUTES, STAYS 2 MINUTES...AND HE'S ALREADY GONE FROM THE ELECTRONICS DEPT. IF YOUR SHOPPING FOR ELECTRONICS, GO TO ANOTHER WALMART.........IF YOUR A THEIF, YOU'VE JUST HIT THE JACKPOT......"DAVIDS NEGLIGENCE = AN ELECTRONICS DEPT THAT DISRUPTS PURCHASING & PROMOTES THEFT"
