We always have a good experience with East End. The check-in process is quick, staff are kind and empathetic and everyone takes the time to calmly explain treatment options. I’ve also been surprised every time we’ve had to go in an emergency that bill is always much less than expected and far less than some “other” local emergency options.

Office staff and techs were great, but vet was rude and unprofessional. Brought my cat in because of lethargy, lack of appetite and ability to run and jump, and crying when picked up. For $240 I was told he had a slight temp, but that was all they could determine for consult recommendation because he was hissing at her during exam. She suggested it was because there were several other dogs in the ‘back room.’ I asked if they would bring my cat into the private exam room where I was and try with me present and was told she would not ‘handle’ my pet without paying for sedation. She then told me she would give a quote for diagnostics. A tech brought my cat to me, who said he had no issue picking him up in the back to put him in his carrier to bring to the private exam room. I received a quote (from tach only, vet would return to discuss) for $1600 more on top of the $240 for x-rays and bloodwork. What a scam. I then asked just for pain medication and that was given a new quote (again, by tech and not vet) for $449 more. All this but would not examine my cat in front of me so I could point out what was abnormal. Turns out he has a sprained leg, and with some meds and rest in a confined space will heal. Regular vet watched my cat trying to walk and manipulate leg and watch for signs of pain. Will never go back again, complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction at insane prices to take advantage of those in need.

En route to East End, we thought we were going to lose our 13yr. old chihuahua from a fall. Following treatment and an overnight stay, our chi is stable and doing well. The entire staff was caring to both the patient and the parents.

We took our dog in as an emergency case because our vet's office was closed. The hospital was immaculate, the front desk staff were very kind and clearly explained the steps of care to be given. The vet was just fantastic and diagnosed our dog's problem without running unnecessary tests. When I called with a follow-up question to be sure my dog was healing properly, the person who answered the phone made sure all my questions were answered and the vet speak to me directly. I'm grateful we have the 24/7 hospital in the area (and our pup is doing better already).

Everyone in the office from reception to doctor was amazing with Daisy. I have found a new vet for my animals for sure. Price wise was shockingly low for an emergency visit. Again 100% amazing experience

They seen and treated my dog very quickly. Explained what was observed and sent home with meds and care instructions. The vet was sweet and attentive. So far he's getting better.
Highly recommend.

Told them a sac broke in a pregnant mom I wanted a c section. They said she’ll be fine well she died 2 days later. The young vet was nice but killed my dog. I told her what was going on she went toxic my poor Dune buggy died. She had no idea what was going on I’m still sick over this. Dont go there they don’t give 2 shits about your dog. Still cry everyday about her. You don’t even deserve 1 star.

I have used East End Veterinary Center for emergencies throughout the years for multiple pets..
Besides the fact that they are open 24 hours and there when you need them , the staff is very caring and considerate, and I believe the pricing of their emergency visits are very reasonable!
On a less important, but still important note, their establishment has been clean and well staffed on all of my visits.
I am very grateful that this establishment exists, and highly recommend them.

Vet was terrific.
The employees working behind the reception desk, although efficient, could use training. They were laughing and joking amongst themselves while those of us in the waiting area were terribly upset about our pets; they didn’t understand the importance of being more respectful of our situation.

They were good but not the best. The receptionist were not every emphatic and was just dismissive. Also they won’t start anything or give much information unless you pay an arm and a leg. And because we wouldn’t pay the $6,800 vet treatment plan they ask if we would put our cat down to sleep and they will over ride those fees and I would just pay for the euthanasia of my cat.

The staff are kind and empathetic when dealing with patients and their owners. This was our third visit to this emergency clinic and each time we have felt very well cared for.

I don’t want to doubt the professionalism of the vet but after waiting for almost 3 hours, the vet visit was extremely quick I barely had the chance to ask questions. I had to insist on doing more tests and The problem was not solved and paid top dollar. Had to take my dog again to another vet who finally fixed the issue.
