Service was excellent. Cody was able to move the repair ahead of schedule. The repair cost however was unreasonably too high. $600 for a diagnostic and 1 spark plug replacement is insane.

I made an appointment over the phone, but they didn't have me in the system. That said, they did take me promptly and were great. I leased from them this past summer and this was my first tune up. Which they did quickly and well. My only disappointment... they didn't wash my car. Other dealerships have provided that service in the past.

Over great experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable of the cars and deals available. Chevrolet Jay was a great in guidaning me to a car the beat suits my needs. Mr. Molina in finance helped me seal the deal on a brand new vehicle.

I was having a terrible experience but was assigned a new sales rep after the terrible guy left. Steve, my new sales rep, was amazing. He gave me updates that I was waiting for for 8 weeks. He stayed on top of everything and I had my car within a couple days. Going through the financial part of the transaction is what I dread but it was made so easy and the best part was he was friendly, non-assuming and gave me great tips on how to pay down my principle resulting in a shorter term. Everything was nice.

Terrible, 2 + weeks, they did not get the new transmission they told me they would have in 3 or 4 days. They dented my very clean suburban, told me they would fix it, but never did even after I brought it to the body shop they told me to. Their estimate was $1,300.00 + the body shop I use was $1,000.00. I was charged a diagnosis fee of $217.00 that was never done. Definitely the worst auto repair experience I have ever had, would never buy a vehicle from them or have them do any repairs. They lie, do not do what they say they will, or even honor what they say they will do.Michael

I really don’t know where to begin. After being on a list with an out-of-state dealer for a C8 Corvette just about two years I was tired of waiting. Driving home from work i noticed the C8 on the lot. The next day I stopped in. I knew Mike Roperti from years back i had purchased a C6 and a pickup truck from Mike & Eagle years back. Mike has always been a class act no surprise a man of his word. The price for my new C8 was fair in today’s market. I finally got my C8 70th anniversary gorgeous car! It is my understanding is that the dealership has been under new ownership and I must say they’re going in the right direction! Thanks again to Mike and the staff at Eagle Chevrolet of Riverhead for making my purchase a pleasant experience! Im am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Eagle Chevrolet of Riverhead for years to come!!

Not good. I was not a priority and ultimately picked up my car 10 days after dropping it off without any work done. Everton, not part of the service team, was an excellent representative who was concerned about my experience. The service department is not and I hope for their future clients they address this issue.I have so much more to say, but none of it is nice.It took me days to respond to the review request, silence can speak volumes.

I bring my vehicle here for service. They’re always professional and friendly. Work is always done quickly with no upselling.My only issue is that sometimes I schedule my service appointment through the myChevrolet app, and when that happens despite selecting that I will wait for the vehicle, all the emails I get show me as dropping it off. I also get multiple emails from different email addresses regarding my appointment, and they all say different things. I then have to call the dealership directly to confirm what my appointment is actually supposed to be. But this is an issue with the app and system in place, not the dealership themselves.

Jason was an incredible sales person. I never once felt any pressure and he answered all my questions and concerns. From beginning to end Jason made me feel that I was a valued customer. I would recommend him and eagle Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new car or used for that matter.
