Dude working in the golf section is lazy and rude. Went to buy a set of irons and the guy wouldn’t even get off the computer to help except to tell us we had to pay to use the simulator after telling us to go use the simulator.

Never anyone in the fishing section anymore, I call to spool my fishing reel once a year. They say no one can do it. What has happened to the outdoor section, used to be at least 1 or 2 workers back there.

Went to return a North Face light jacket today after my son picked it out Jan 25th (yes 2.5 months later) after never wearing it with a receipt and was told I no longer can return it nor get store credit for this $160 jacket. I spend a lot of money here every Xmas. Well no longer will I be shopping here.

I’ve frequented this store for a while for hunting equipment. Joe a worker who’s been there for years told me the hunting is GONE. Yes I said it GONE they’re getting rid of it. Joe confirmed it with me recently this is crazy.

Saw ad for kyack paddles on sale and "in-stock" in this location. When I arrived, associate in back says tersely, "We don't have any. Doubt you can find them anymore." Went on about his business. The front cashier looked online and said he didn't see them in stock, albiet more friendly. While I went outside to call customer service, who had trouble contacting anyone in the store, my daughter went online, ordered it and picked it up in 3 minutes - inside the same store! Staff needs to get their act together.

Every single person that works in the golf section are terrible people. Have been there multiple times and every single time the employees are rude and not helpful in the slightest. If it was not the only golf store within 35 minutes of my house I would never come here.

I don’t expect much customer service to when walking into a Dick’s but this place takes the cake. I bought 6 articles of clothing and the salesperson places a brown paper bag on the counter and walks away after I thank her. She doesn’t say a word. I politely ask whether bagging the clothes is not a thing anymore. She stares at me and walks away. Mind you, I was extremely polite.

they know the service is poor when they don't even monitor the emails received. they sell very old merchandise at new prices, do not give receipts and refuse to look up receipt for you. this is a scam store and I will go further with my complaint. Do not shop here unless you want to be scammed

This store has every piece of sporting good equipment I've ever needed. I've bought bikes, balls, fishing and camping gear, clothing, shoes etc. They have not been out of stock of anything yet.

No price tags for hiking backpacks,tents and sleeping bags. The bicycle section does NOT stock small portable bicycle pumps. NOT stock small camping stoves,sawyer water filters. Some items are only 1 available.

Amazing stop. Wonderful and super knowledgeable staff , always willing to help you figure out what you need. Amazing selection of firearms and ammunition. Finally, all the goodies back in stock for your hunting and defense needs. Great location and prices on all your workout equipment and gear. All in all , the stop you want to make.

Staff was extremely friendly, Store was clean, They did not have indoor soccer shoes during indoor soccer season.
