5-star service from Tehara! I was transferring a number to Cricket and ran into some problems with accounts/passwords etc. She was very patient and helped me find the info I needed, looking things up online and making calls to tech support, all while assisting other customers who came into the store. She never got impatient or made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time (I was there for about an hour.) Thank you Tehara so much for your help and my sister loves her new phone!

Been with cricket for years never an issue . Great service great price. Have to say though this store tops all the other stores . Very neat & very educated representative. Tahera was phenomenal

The girl who who works at the store is a shady person she takes your money and never puts towards your phone bill and next day your phone service is disabled , I have worst experience people don't trust the girl or make sure the money you pay goes to your phone bill.

Attention all cricket wireless customers make sure twice and never hand your phone to a girl named tahera she is a scam, she asks to take your phone ask for your number and she sends a pre written review with out letting you know she posts that review from your phone about herself that how good she is that only that last year I wanted to switch to cricket she said I can get 4 lines for $100 I already had 2 lines so I said okay but she gave 2 extra SIM card and she changed me almost $400 I didn’t know I was eligible to get 2 extra phone which she never gave me but I came to know from the cricket wireless company. When I asked her why she didn’t gave me the free phones she said she forgot it and I didn’t ask for.. she is a scam know I am going to watch her carefully in case she does something to my account..

Best cell phone experience ever . Went in and out . Tahera has to be the best sales representative I have ever came across in cell phone .. it was busy when I went in but her multi tasking skills amazed me ! Very happy . Oh and great deals definitely recommend
