“I had a great salesperson working with me. It was the end of Black Friday weekend on Sunday, and I arrived at the GAP factory outlet in Riverhead NY late. A nice woman on the register took time to answer my questions and wait until I finished in the fitting room. It was well past closing time when I was ready to complete my purchase. Many items were gone, but I ended up with clothing that satisfied me. Thanks to that female salesperson.”
“What a great store! We went today for my daughter to buy work clothes. There was a great selection and she found a ton of great staple pieces to build her closet. The associate who greeted us, started a dressing room for my daughter and was very helpful and friendly. We ended up back at the store after we had little success in other stores. “everytime i come here, the workers are very inviting and always happy to help with what i need! they're very easy to approach and are always working hard on stocking the store. they will do circles to help you get a deal and do their best in the busy hours.
me and my friend waited for some time for a very confusing order, we combined our stuff together and i ordered something online as well as paying with two cards, and we were patient with the cashier. after all that, they thanked us profusely for being so patient. these minimum wage workers are people, and patience with a confusing order goes a long way! i love coming to zumiez because of the awesome people that work here. <3”
