Not military friendly. They told me that my military Id card isn’t a primary proof of Identification. It has my picture on it and it’s government issued. I’ve used it before and at other places.They just make up rules .The two tellers had no respect for the military ,

The worst customer service ever I seen in my life and specifically they have new manager hired and she doesn’t care about customers at all and they are all hiding in the back office and there is big line of people waiting and phone customer service no one pickup

In case anyone hasn’t noticed the discount (5¢)at Mobil fuel station… ever time I use my capital one card there I see/pay 5 cents less price at the pump. Ever penny counts ?

Honestly I can’t conplain been with them for years and they e always been very nice and try to help as much as possible even when you walk in the workers there are very nice at least I’ve never had a bad experience

As a first-time business owner, Capital One in Riverhead was extremely helpful in walking me through the process. I’m glad I set an appointment here as the employee named Gabby that helped me was both courteous and thorough.The same goes for another colleague of hers named Chris that helped us through the process. It was a simple appointment for creating a small-business account that I was delighted to open here.

Switch banks, I did! After months of trying to get the faulty Cap One online banking app corrected, after 8+ hours of trying to get through Cap One’s artificial intelligence to contact customer service or my local branch who usually doesn’t answer their phones, after mailing Cap One’s corporate office, I decided it was easier to switch banks. In my first encounter, I spoke with more human beings for a longer period of time than was ever available to me through Cap One.

I go in for coin rolls frequently. Every teller ive worked with has been super friendly. Other locations havent been as welcoming, but I absolutely love making transactions with the folks here
