Very Poor customer service. I don’t really like to make bad reviews but I have to. Went to the store to buy a Polo Long Sleeve Shirt and as soon as my wife and I entered the store one of the girls that works there asked me WHAT BRING YOU IN TODAY. We didn’t spend 2 minutes at the store and the we left, we feel very uncomfortable with that type of question, them 2 mens came to the store right after us and the same girl at store tell them how you guys are doing today…First time I heard that from a store employee. That was going to be my first time buying clothes from them because I really want to try their clothes but now it turn that I will never going to buy any clothes from Brooks Brothers.

Went there to buy a suit ask the girl for a one button jacket she said we don’t have any but suggested to remove one button on 2 button jacket and leave the button hole. What a stupid answer please get better help that know what there doing. I don’t want to leave one star you deserve 0

Got a new shirt yesterday, it's already falling apart at the seams quite literally. Really expensive and clearly didn't hold up, I've been in the shirt for about an hour and I'm noticing more and more threads splitting. It's embarrassing, and clearly poorly made.
