I WAS JUST RIPPED OFF! I was sold a defective phone for 200 and change. Not even 24 hours later I went back.They would only give me 65 dollars. They kept 14.99 for screen protector 25.00 for phone set up 20.00 for a plastic phone case and customer service gave them the activation fee 50.00 7.00 bucks insurance back and they got the phone. I was told the owner sonny Kahn would call me and settle this when he gets back from vacation. we'll see if that happens. Complete robbery. This isn't over. I'll go to social media. They have my number

The girl who attended to me. He didn't know how to serve a client because he wanted to buy two cell phones...and because of his bad temper and little information. I have to go somewhere else and change operators. Which I didn't want...so it was horrible.
