I spent 200$ to get my pc fixed they guy asks me for my pc pin I give it to him and confirm 3 times… 2 days later when I come to pick up my pc they say “we couldn’t do anything because your PIN number you gave was wrong” I than give them the ping number again and come back 2 days later after describing every issue down to the minute details they tell me everything is fixed I go home and check to see if it’s fixed not 1 of the 3 errors was fixed( I also live 45 miles away) Don’t go to this Best Buy location they are all brain dead.

It was the usual trip to best buy. I was visiting the area and forgot something at home and needed it so I stopped in, found what i wanted, paid, got out. Nice looking store as usual.

When you call them you get redirected to some customer service center out of the country. The reps cannot speak English. Whatever happened to calling a store and speaking with someone actually in the store? This whole corporate model of out of the country customer service is a complete joke. Shame on Best Buy.
