First of all, I have to say the sales going on, are amazing! The reason I am sending a yelp review is for a particular customer service representative at Bath and body Works in Riverhead. Her name is Laura. She was a cashier on Sunday, 11 June 2023. She told us where products we could not find were. And she was exceptionally nice. Great job hiring her! She is one of the main reasons we are going to return to that particular store! Keep up the good work bath and Bodyworks. Sincerely, Jennifer .

I wanted to right a review on this bath & body works. These workers are always pleasant but tonight I want to recognize an employee that saw me standing on line without a product and realized that I had an online pick up. She guided me to another register to be assisted. She was originally putting up stock so she didn't have to help but I'm glad she did.

There is a lot of verities selection here. Most of the products are of low quality that is aligned with the cost. You get what you pay for.

I visited this location a few days ago and the staff were all super attentive. The lady who greeted me when I first walked in was really helpful. She informed me of all the sales, asked what I was interested in and even showed me a few suggestions. Every person I walked passed said hello to me and the checkout lady was so sweet and handled my items with care. I will definitely be visiting this location again!

Really the best bath and body works store that I've been to! The staff offer help and when you say your just looking they leave it at that and don't harass you like other stores! The workers were super friendly and the store was so clean
