Imagine walking into a professional establishment only to see that one of the display screens is playing "90 Day Fiancé" on full volume. Now imagine asking for help only to be greeted in the rudest of manors. Well, if you don't want to imagine this experience then head to this AT&T store.When asked to use their phone I had to cover the phone because the TV was at full volume in my ear. They turned it down a little after realizing but I would say marginally at best.Additionally, while waiting for the approval process to go through I had the pleasure of listening to the employee listening to Tik-Tok on her phone on full volume 3 feet away from me. She eventually stuck an airpod in which was slightly better until I asked her a question 3 times only to have her be unresponsive because she was too busy on her phone watching Tik-Tok.I am not one to pull a racism card but to see someone of the same race as the employee walk in to be greeted in the friendliest of manors and attended to immediately really had me questioning that one woman's role in customer service.I would highly recommend that AT&T looks at this branch and its employees. If the employee's read this then I hope that they can understand how unprofessional my experience was today. I hope management there takes things like this seriously and talks to their staff about using the stores TV's for personal use and using their phones in front of customers.They did help me resolve my issue but the process of getting there was unpleasant and incredibly unprofessional.

Never had a bad experience here. They are always professional and really know what they are doing. I had an issue with my phone and in no time at all she fixed it. I know her name but can’t remember it right now. She used to be the manager at the store in Southampton.

I didn’t get a survey, so I wanted to let someone know what an awesome experience I had at this store on Christmas Eve. I was last minute shopping and stopped by and was helped immediately. The lady that helped me was Nancy and she was very kind and helpful, so was everyone. Everyone seemed to be in the holiday spirit, happy and helpful. I say that cause it wasn’t my experience in other stores on Christmas Eve. Everyone had a great attitude even though everyone working was obviously sick.

The manager , I believe her name was Nancy, really helped me figure out how to lower my elderly mom's bill as she was being charged a 6GB when she was only using 0.77 in cellular data, the rest of her calls were over wifi.I so appreciate her taking the time to help me. I will definitely go back there as we use AT&T as our carrier also.

Deceptive business practices. Upgraded 4 Phones on my Plan and they added Next Up Add-On and Protection Advantage Insurance to my lines. I have to call AT&T to have these items removed and spend hours on the phone with someone who does not speak English. No help from the store !

Best experience I have ever had at a phone store. The employees here are so helpful, fun and really know what they are doing! And they saved me money by finding things on my account I didn't even know I was paying for. So far I've worked with Nancy, Gerry and Lucy but everyone seemed so friendly while helping other customers . I highly recommend this store and will be making this my go to store for now on. Thank you for the great customer service.

I have never been in a retail store with such pleasant, helpful people!!! EVERY SINGLE person in this store was willing to help. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I always buy my AT&T iPhone from Apple directly. When I need a new one I will 100% come out here to purchase it. This store is what ALL retail stores should strive to be. Evelin and Nancy took the time to explain and help me set up my purchase. Without sounding like an old man, LOL, this type of customer service seems to be disappearing except for this store. I had the worst experience at this store. I went to upgrade my husband’s iPhone and as I was talking to my husband on the phone to explain the conditions , Josselin started yelling at me and telling me how rude and disrespectful I was to refer to her as “this lady here”!!!! This happened as I was talking to my husband and in front of 2 other customers! I’m just speechless! The worst costumer service!

Store employee lied, told us we did not have to send the existing iphone back. Proceeded to create an installment plan for us to pay for a new phone, we came in for a FREE PHONE. Please contact us to resolve this before we involve our lawyer.
