APPLE HONDA! I am leaving this 5 star review to shout out Manuel. I came in with a difficult situation- Manuel was supportive and honest. They really can help you if you have a difficult situation. The only thing I would say is as a consumer be honest with yourself about your situation.

I had a great experience buying a car with Mary...she was so helpful and far exceeded my expectations across the board. She took her time explaining everything, hashing out the best deal she could, and making sure I had everything I wanted. I'd been to another dealership that was super shady beforehand, so the relaxed and open vibe at Apple Honda was a breath of fresh air. I also loved working with Destini on insurance and Fritz on the finances...everyone was so nice and they went above and beyond to make the purchase very easy for me. I'm even looking forward to going back for service!

Apple Honda did an excellent job, wonderful service. I dropped my car of on March 29th, 2024 and while having service done to my car I was able to work on my computer in their lounge area. Gary Smith and his team gave me regular updates on the progress of the services and provided many options. Highly recommend, ask for Gary.

My recent experience with Apple Honda l was extremely disappointing. The staff were unbelievably rude to individuals who were not local, openly stating that they "only help people that buy cars from us." This exclusionary attitude is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
During my attempts to get assistance, I was hung up on twice. The representative's abrupt behavior was shocking and frustrating. When I reached out to the manager for help, the situation only worsened. The manager seemed clueless and unwilling to offer any assistance, further demonstrating a complete lack of customer care.
Overall, I would strongly advise against doing business with Apple Honda. Their poor customer service and dismissive attitude towards non-local customers are appalling. This dealership needs to seriously reconsider their approach to customer interactions and service.

what cost they tell you ofcourse is way higher than market but they dont stay st that price and add something you wont understand, i was told 350$ for transmission oil filter and gasket replacement then they added 70$ for transmission service for God sake what else is transmission service???

Apple Honda's dealership experience has been disappointing from sales to service. During negotiations for a vehicle purchase in 2021, despite expressing my preference for Honda Financing and having an excellent credit score, I was denied Honda's incentive financing after reaching an agreement, citing that the deal was too favorable. Sales repeatedly stated during negotiations, they have no involvement with Finance, and left out the part where the measly "dealer cash" they added in to get to our agreement was in lieu of Honda Finance.
Recently, when attempting to purchase a 2024 model, I was quoted MSRP with no room for negotiation if opting for Honda Financing. Seeking an alternative, I turned to the Costco Auto Program and connected with Hillside Queens Honda, where I secured a deal over the phone with a significant discount from MSRP ($4099 off) and full cooperation for using Honda Financing. (BTW this deal is not special, and pretty common if you check the forums)
Subsequently, after purchasing my new vehicle, it required service at Apple Honda. Unfortunately, the service experience fell short as the vehicle was in their possession for 12 days due to a an electrical issue that made the vehicle undriveable. Upon return, I found scratches on the under hood plastics and driver's door sill, caused by mishandling during service, evident by the sandy dusty boot prints left behind on the painted door sills, along with sand and dirt embedded in the door seals. (The sunroof needed adjustment while there) No idea how they could be so careless and scratch the plastics under the hood, or why they didn't used a step stool. (Vehicle had 1600 mile at time of service and had never been worked on)
Despite raising these issues, the management at Apple Honda dismissed my concerns and placed blame on external factors rather than taking responsibility. Manager stated "sand could not possibly cause paint scratches" and the tow truck must have put his jump pack on the plastic. Despite the photo evidence of boot prints and sand and dirt left behind, and letting them know the hood was never opened by the tow truck, and reminding them, that worked under the hood testing the battery and attempting to jump it during initial diagnostics, management doubled down on taking no responsibility.
They dismissed concerns about trim coming up, advising to bring it back if it gets worse. I provided photos to Honda Corporation, who 100% agreed it should be replaced if they were unable to get it to snap in properly.
Despite being my local dealer, I am inclined to seek a more reliable and respectful dealership to service my Hondas in the future. The lack of accountability and professionalism demonstrated by Apple Honda has significantly impacted my confidence in their services, and I regretfully do not plan to return for future purchases.
I have escalated my concerns to Honda Corporation, who acknowledged some lapses in service quality but were limited in what they could rectify. Despite assurances, I never received the promised call from the GM, which further illustrates the dealership's disregard for customer relations.
In conclusion, while Apple Honda is conveniently located for me, I am prepared to travel further to find a dealership that values honesty, respect, and customer satisfaction in both sales and service interactions. Although hardly worth my time, I believe in accountability, and will be filing a complaint with BBB as well as a claim in small claims court for the damages.
