I will never come back here to place an order, the girl at the counter was not very helpful at all. she input my wrong address after she asked me to write my address for her on a sticky note. she didn't even ask me to verify if everything was correct. she was rude and told I wasn't able to ship my shoes to the store she said it wasnt allowed.. are you kidding me!!!

The worst experience the customer service was bad I had asked for a specific shoe size and they tried to give a different size that won’t fit. they threw the shoe and gave me an attitude. and the three girls in there felt like they own the whole store. One of them doesn’t even look clean they looked dirty

Horrible staff. They accused me of stealing shoes, called the cops, followed me through out the outlet. I went back to the store myself and told the cops I didn’t steal anything. I let them check my car, but the employee falsely said she saw me in a recording carrying out two boxes of slides. It was probably a fake recording cause I didn’t steal Anything. Good luck

Right now there is sale going on in Aldo . They have a large variety of shoes and other accessories. staff is very nice and ready to help you to find your size.Prices are very reasonable after discount.

My mom and I were trying to get new shoes and all the girl could say don't touch the boxes how do you think they will not be touch when instead of talking to your coworker you should be helping your costumers I have been coming here for many year however I am really disappointed on how this girl treats her costumers I wish I knew her name to post how such a bad costumer service she gaved. I work with patients on a daily basic and always make sure to give the best of me to help them. I am extremely dissatisfy with it.

The store is neat, well stock and displayed nicely. The only 2 store personnel where at the register area packaging stock to ship out of the store. No one was assiting on the floor. If you had a question or needed assistance you had to go to the front of the store for each inquiry. It seemed as if one was interrupting them. I own m as ny Aldo shoes, but would not go out my way to visit this store.
