A bit out of the way for me, but they always ship my packages out and I've very rarely had any issues. I had so many packages go missing at the location on Woodbine, but I'm so thankful that they're so competent here.

Extremely rude worker. I could not hear her instructions and was confused about what to do and in result she started being very disrespectful

What you're able to do depends entirely on the mood and expertise of whoevers at the window that day. Half of the time you have to explain their own services to them because they're unfamiliar with them. I've been waiting for them to install a lock for my mailbox for six months now with no updates.
