Everything about this facility is low quality. You can’t win with this place, using their service is like rolling the dice. Sometimes you get lucky but more often you pay with your time and frustration.
The best thing they ever did was install the self-service kiosk.

This Office went above and beyond, Lynette at the package pick up counter took so much care to get me my package after a small mixup, going as far as to have my mail carrier come out in person to hand it off especially to me, this is truly the best treatment I have ever had at any post office ever
