Whoever Vivian is cannot have been ruder. All I did was fill not one but TWO applications and she’s worried about housing which can be fixed. We had a great experience adopting from AARR! Vivian is a great communicator and very open and helpful throughout the process. We even had to borrow some supplies until ours came in and she was more than accommodating! We are so happy to have two sweet buns from AARR

Do not kno how do they trust a old drunk cashier in a gas station. Attitude for no reasson and lets you hanging in purpose at the pump when you pay cash ...alcohol,lazy or both?! Never again at this place!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE!!! First went to their other location at Rego Park Citgo to get a vehicle inspection. The woman who helped me at that location was very nice. She performed the inspection in a timely manner but unfortunately didn't have any inspection stickers left to put on the car. She sent me to her husband, who ran their other location, to pay and to get the proper inspection sticker. Although inconvenient, I had no problem taking the 13 minute drive to this location off Cypress Hill St. When I got there it was just a horrible experience from beginning to end. When I arrived I waited 5 minutes until I was approached. Her husband finally came over and I told him exactly what I needed. He said "Ok" and then walked away for another 5 minutes not giving me a timeframe to when he could assist me. He came back and asked me to move my car so another car can get out of a spot, but before I moved the car I asked him if he was able to give me the sticker and he cut me off saying with a rude tone and firm hand motions "5-10 minutes..just pull into a spot!". I had to restrain myself from barking back at this guy since I had my family in the car so I just held my tongue and left. Never treat your customers with disrespect and that is exactly how I felt was treated. If you need a quick inspection go across the street on Cooper Ave. between 65th Pl and 66th St....everyone there is real friendly especially my man Elvin!
