This place NEVER answers the phone. I own an auto repair shop and if I miss calls I lose business to my competitors. I think they should hire more people and raise their prices to compensate the cost. I’m sure this is a great shop and do great work

Came in to get 2 bikes in working condition and J was able to do it in the blink of an eye. Thank you for the help and great music while we waited. We will be back here for all of our bike needs!!!

Found this bike shop on a google search. I needed two bike tuneups (Children's bikes). They took care of my kids' bikes as soon as we walked in. They also provide free air outside the shop and was nice to see neighborhood kids filling their wheels with air and not having to pay for it. Recommend this bike shop and will now come here for future bike needs!

Great local bike shop for quick repairs. I’ve taken my bike there twice and got a repair as I waited. They also have a large showroom of new and used bikes, frames, and accessories.

I CALLLED THE SHOP AND IT WAS ANSWERED BY THIRD RING......A+....ASKED FOR JESSIE AND THERE WAS NO ONE BY THAT NAME WORKING THERE....SO I ASKED THE QUESTION I NEEDED AND GOT THE ANSWER I WAS LOOKING FOR......JOB WELL DONE....IN COMPLETION I FEEL I WENT THROUGH ALL THE HARD WORK BEFORE THESE GUYS ANSWERED AND I FEEL SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE WITH MY BUSINESS MANAGMENT DEGREE GUIDING ME TO CALL NEW YORK AND I'M IN TEXAS...LOL....START SPREADING THE NEWS ABOUT SPOKESMAN BIKE SHOP!$$$$$

I bring in my Lectric xp3 here regularly. They're square, reasonably priced, respectful, informative, responsive, efficient, and tend to have quick turnaround times and the parts i need or get them quickly.

Great place. My family have been customers here for the past two years, they have everything you need to adjust or repair your bike. People who work here are also kind and friendly.
