Called cause I had questions on how things worked as far as bringing my own firearms the guy who picked up the phone wasn't nice at all,immediately I knew I wasn't going there.Some places are only for club members or Law enforcement I didn't know and I never got an answer before he just hung up the phone on me... Walked in this morning to start the process in attaining my firearm license. The Owner just sat me down and wrote everything down step by step on what I needed like a father to his son. Made me comfortable to explain my situation and relieved of all doubts I had. And gave me homework ?to get all my documents together. Owner is all about building a relationship and will tell you straight up "He Doesn't Chase you Down for the Money" you want to get it? Make the necessary steps. It's on you. I like his approach and to me it was Real It's not a quick process but you will be helped once you make the forward steps. I highly recommend Seneca Sporting Range. I will be a future member and longtime client. Just Make the Necessary Steps the Right Way.

I had just completed my NYS Concealed Carry Firearms Safety Training A in person safety course.
The instructor Alex Argiro NRA Certified was very knowledgeable was easy to understand and follow he answered any questions we had.The owner John was very helpful with any questions about how to go about getting my permit. The range is well kept and well ventilated I would highly recommend this range for anyone looking to get there concealed carry permit.

They have a great team of well, educated people ready to help Everyone in their own situations. John especially is very helpful and ready to answer all questions anyone may have. They are very thorough and their communication is outstanding. Someone even brought in Coffee, donuts, and bagels for breakfast. Simply the best.

Absolutely horrible service and overpriced. John is rude, unprofessional and will waste your time. Go somewhere else that values your time and money. Firearms are old and you get absolutely no benefit from coming here you only leave with regret in the process. If it doesn’t feel right just leave.

Unprofessional, unorganized, rude and absolutely over priced. Limited options on firearms so don’t get tricked into settling because the place appears large on the outside. You get a free box of cheap ammo and the case the firearm already comes in after over paying by like 200 dollars. Would avoid if I would’ve known better. Begs for good reviews after all the nonsense so take reviews with a grain of salt.
