Very fast service. Only had 2 pages copied and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.The issue is she didn’t return my change. I had 2 pages copied for $0.30 and I gave her 2 quarters. She said thank you and walked away to the back room and didn’t come back. I basically paid double.

The couple running this business are very bias in who they want to choose to take packages from or deal with. Very unprofessional. Now This is an authorized FedEx shipping center. The woman in the front did not want to take my package due to it being 48x48 inches because she claim she didn’t have space for it clearly having space lol. Her energy was very trying to get rid of me quickly energy. Basically she’s a Hispanic Mexican woman that only wants to deal with Mexicans and not darker complexion consumers. She said she’s sorry and ask me if I at least wanted the label I said yes I’ll take the label might as well I’m already here. And once she printed the label she proceeded to charge me for it lol..like first you turn me down over lies.. and still charge me for regular printing paper lol.. this place won’t last with this kind of business ethics. Don’t waste your money on people that are not humble enough or care for anyone then their own kind.

I came here looking to finish up typing up a letter. It took less than 10 minutes, which I intended to print and scan copy after I signed the document. The owner cut the wifi for the computer and said he couldn't fix it. This was right before he told me you really should not be here more than 5 minutes. there are no signs posted about that and quite frankly, I would've spent money there as I intended and have been going there for 5 years. Unfortunately you lost a customer, that was very rude and disrespectful an deceitful... i do not reccomend this place PLEASE PLEASE go somewhere else

Horrible Customer Service Not friendly at all. Both lady and male very Rude and Not helpful at all. Waited till Lady was off the phone to finally get some assistance. I just went to pick up a package after receiving two messages it had been delivered and was ready for pick up. Lady said it wasn't there when my name wasn't on their list. She wouldn't check the actual boxes, She wouldn't even double check her list to see if it was updated. UPS confirmed package was delivered. I Had to get my package from UPS. I contacted UPS not to deliver my packages there. First time was bad, second time worse. Will be the last time.

I have gone to this place only a couple of times for the odd, color document prints, but they seem like a competent and professional small printing shop. As they are usually very busy in the back (there is no front desk clerk, just the printing operations staff themselves), there can be a long wait to get help so patience is needed. (They know you walked in, but they are always in the middle of doing printing work, or discussing orders on the phone with clients). Once they can take a break from what they are doing and come out, they do give you their full attention and can help you with your needs and questions. I have listened in when other customers have discussed new orders, or picked up and they make sure each counter customer is served fully before they get to the next.It takes patience, but I admire that they are careful and thorough with each customer. If I had a more complex printing job, I would be happy to use them and trust that they would do their utmost to give you a product as discussed.

Go anywhere else. Workers/owners seem unhappy; I've never received pleasant service here. Maybe they don't like people? Don't even bother to use them as a UPS access point, that's also problematic. They make mistakes and don't even try to take a second look, instead they'll tell you You're wrong. They should just close their business if it makes them so unhappy, every single interaction seems painful or upsetting to them. They're unqualified at their product AND customer service. They're just toxic, and you can feel it when you have to deal with them.

I went in to pick up a package and never received it. Man was upset because I did not tell him my address. I had the slip and he has my ID card with my address what more do you need to give me my package. My experience was so unprofessional. Other workers saw him being rude and did nothing. You cannot be entitled and think you can pick and choose who to pick up their packages. If you don't want to deal with the hassle do not be a ups pick up location. This type of service is why people do not progress in life. Filed a complaint with 311, ups and got refunded my money.
