Please Get it together!! Especially the pharmacy! If my DR put in a prescription 3 days ago. Why when i go to pick it up you tell me it's not ready and you still need to order it? And it taked another 3 days?

i’m usually happy with this location and staff
except one guy (mid 20s short dreadlocks) his always very nasty impolite if you asking him for help his totally ignoring you and always seems like his doing favor to people by working there!
so many times i’m letting people go ahead of me if it’s my turn to go to his register.
VERY NASTY ATTITUDE - ALWAYS
If u don’t like your job - find something else!
Happened so many times but lat Sunday i was there around 5-6pm and his attitude towards me was way too much! that’s why i’m posting this review.

The way that these pharmacists speak to you, it’s like they get off on the suffering of patients and exerting power. I have never been spoken to in such a condescending way when all I did was ask a question for clarification. The older Hispanic woman who answered the phone in this pharmacy at 4:30pm EST on Saturday, February 15th, needs to learn basic customer service skills before handling customers who are trying to obtain life-saving medicine. Her behavior is abhorrent and she should be reprimanded, or at the very least trained to be able to deal with human beings.
I will never again set foot into that Walgreens.

If I could put another sign instead of this one star, I would put it. I can't describe to you the amount of incompetence, rudeness, unkindness that the employees in the RX department have. In the end, one of the employees canceled my valid prescription for my pills because she was angry with my wife who contacted her manager about the constant problems with her prescriptions. Thanks, but you're not worth my time and money.

Worst pharmacy ever! Clueless about insurance companies. On top attitude after overcharging. You have to tell them how to do their job because they don’t know the answers. Will be filing a lawsuit!!!

The store part itself is clean nicely organized. I recently transferred my RX from the Rite Aid further down Myrtle Ave. I think I made a mistake because their service is terrible. No one answers the phone. I went into the pharmacy to confirm they received everything I was told they did. Since no one answered the phone I had to contact customer service who told me insurance information wasn't there. I had to update it myself. I don't recommend this location. I'll be looking for some place else

I dunno if you were just having a bad day or you just have a bad attitude, but why would you roll your eyes at someone who came to get a COVID vaccine and flu shot in 2024? Why would you make someone PROVE their eligibility for a vaccine 5 YEARS into a pandemic? Why would you lie about my appointment not being in the system? Extremely rude.

Caring for an elderly parent is a huge task. And the Walgreen's Pharmaceutical Staff makes life so much easier.
