The staff doesn’t know what’s going on in there, the clothing is terrible quality and smells like chemicals, they have no dressing rooms so you have to buy it all and hope for the best. I purchased a couple items and when they didn’t fit I went to return them and was told the “return system” was down and to come back another day. the second time they told me they can’t reimburse apple pay and told me come back AGAIN a different day. They needed 3 staff members to figure out how to do one return and they were still unable to figure it out. I swear they’re just waiting for my 7 day return window to run out. also they won’t bother to tell you what’s final sale or not.

There is a variety of clothing, I had never been in to be honest, but they gave me a card from that store, it's practically going to make it one of my favorite stores ?

When I come to the store I never have no problems with anyone I try on the clothes and the sales associate ask if I need help. With the bags there is always someone there to take your bags. Staff is wonderful and this is way I keep coming back to this store.The only problem is staff have to tell some parents to keep there kids under control but they argue with staff about it .

I love the store, I find everything I'm looking for and the employees are very friendly. Just yesterday I went with my daughters and I lost my purse and I've been calling their phone to ask if it was left behind and they don't answer

I called to find out the closing time I was told 8pm. I arrived at 7:55pm not only were the doors closed the employees stood inside and laughed. It is so unfortunate because I am a social worker and was trying to purchase some outdoor attire for two asylum seeking families that did not have anything. Zero rating for professionalism!!!

plus size section is a complete joke. they hardly have anything above a large, or they go to the extreme and only have 3x which is too big.
