I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at this pet store. The young guy with the mustache who works there is consistently grumpy and has a very bad attitude. It makes the whole shopping experience unpleasant.Additionally, the tanks are always dirty, with glass that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. This is unacceptable for a pet store, as it shows a lack of care for the animals they are selling.Worst of all, several times I have purchased fish from this store, they either die shortly after or contaminate my other fish with diseases. This indicates poor tank maintenance and unhealthy conditions for the fish.I can not recommend this pet store to anyone who cares about the health and well-being of their pets.

The staff is rude. He kept looking at me like I wanted to steal something. They never smiled. Although I made purchases for a good amount.

Ya the kid that works there, he kinda has a mustache? Pissed off all the time. It’s like he’s court ordered to be there and hates everyone that likes fish. Dude, get a different job, you’re obviously not happy there. Other than specifically him, I like the place. Get all my fish there and other supplies.

great resource for queens fish hobbyists - however always seeing dead or dying fish when I come in. Would love if the place felt a little more sanitary as well.

The young man who speaks Spanish is very attentive and explains well and answers all questions about the aquarium.

I got the endlers guppies and plants from here. Fish are healthy and affordable and have great selections the customer service is also amazing will visit again.

Really wish there were any other pet store that sold what I need. The place smells awful and looks like they have almost never cleaned. The attitude of every employee I’ve ever met there has be rude at best and disturbing at worst. The place looks like it’s frozen in time but in this case is not a good thing…

The owner is generally nice but the younger kids working there don't seem thrilled and provide poor customer service and are careless when catching fish.

I just want to say that even after reading these awful comments I still decided to go and get some fish for my baby boy. Let me just say customer service was amazing. The guy was very knowledgeable and ummmm it’s a pet shop, of course it’s not going to smell like roses. I will definitely keep returning to them. Thank you paradise aquarium.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. All the negative reviews are true....if for any reason you have any issues with any purchase in this store ..you are on your own your lost your money better to go to petco.

I use to go regularly to buy fish, and frozen food . It was a good experience for me with 2 owners super nice guys . But they hired some young guys they are so bad attitude . I went to buy some fish and they handled the fish very bad. . They all died on the same day I bought them . Sorry I stop going there .
