I asked for new iPhone 12. They don’t have unless I add one line than they do. It’s fishy, Now I have to watch my account for few months. Had bad experience in past with some other t mobile dealer.

After my first experience here, I have always gone back, and will continue to do so... as long as Alex works there (lol). About 3 years ago, I went to another MetroPcs location to upgrade my very old phone for my MetroPcs line. They wanted to charge me $150 more. I don't remember exactly why I left that location (not knowing that I was being over charged) but I do remember that I walked out very frustrated and very unhappy. I decided to look for another MetroPcs location where I could receive proper assistance. I found this one. Alex was there on that day and he took care of me. Not only does Alex provide great customer service but he also gave me a much better deal. I left ecstatic and couldn't wait to get to know my new phone.Since that time, (a year after) I went back to purchase another phone for someone else from Alex and a year after that, to purchase yet another phone for someone else. Each time, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and received great assistance from Alex. He answers all of your questions, is very knowledgeable and experienced. I personally saw him handle 2 other customers during my last visit and he does a great job! I would highly recommend this MetroPcs location for all your MetroPcs needs. The store is air-conditioned and clean. You have alternate means of transportation,and if you get lucky...you may find Alex there.Best wishes!

Came into the store looking to pay my Boost mobile bill, and the guy that works there Alex asked me about my plan w/ boost and i told him i had 3 lines. Believe it or not he convinced me to switch to Metro. I was actually going to Boost to pay my bill and purchase a phone for my son. Most sincere and helpful Metro worker i have come across. Thanks Alex

horrible service and none of the girls speack english. we got passed that but when let with my cell it was all in spanish all setting and my voicemail. she changed my plan and lied about the full cost.

My old iPhone was dying, so I had to get a new phone and I was a little anxious. My phone needs are pretty modest, so maybe it was time I switch to Android for a good deal. But then I saw the iPhone promos Metro was offering. So I went to this store and Alex was low key and super helpful. I was switching from another carrier, so once I gave him the necessary info he walked me through the process quickly (about 15 mins). I went home and restored my phone info from my iTunes backup without issue (except for a few apps I had to reload).He didn't oversell me on anything, but he did make sure I understood the current plans and the insurance coverage on the phone (which I definitely wanted). I am quite happy with their service, my unlimited data plan and my new iPhone.
