DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.I WAS Scammed by this Spanish guy with curly hair and possible his boss.I went to purchase an iPhone 15 on 11/16/2023 and didn’t know much about the phone buying process.I was told i qualified for $1100.I had to put $185.00 down to pay $185.00 phone fee plus $40 metro pcs charge a month.The guy was talking fast and as i stepped out to buy a phone case across the street a woman came in and joined him.I left thinking i was satisfied until i seen the detail invoice.I was charge for a speaker, phone chargers and screen protectors i never received.I was robbed and forced to pay a bill i couldn’t prove i didn’t agree too and was scammed.I hope the people that scammed me get caught or fired for what they did. please do not buy anything from this place or make sure to look at the detail invoices and don’t trust any of the employees with prices verify everything.

Horrible customer service avoid at all cost if you need help with anything. The Indian employee at the store was so unpleasant and unprofessional. He Didn’t want to help my 67 year old mother change her security pin and tried to send her to a store that’s 30 mins away from us. So I had to call metro customer service infront of him so they can tell him what to do and of course that’s when everything was taken care of. What a corny person he is.
