They gave me issues when starting my online account, then when I called the customer service line told me to go into the branch. This location is near me, but they told me to go to "my closest" branch per zip code which was an hour away. This is terrible. I never was able to solve my issues and simply had to prematurely close my account despite not being able to accomplish what I set out when opening the account. They simply were too incompetent from bottom to top in the entire company to help me.

I deposited multiple checks from my job and every time I deposit them, they hold a portion of the check for what reason? I don’t know. But it’s terrible.

I’ve been in the banking industry for over 18 years providing excellent services. This bank never has any funds on hand for business clients to run their business and is extremely frustrating at point because it’s set out business back. Stay away if you’re a business client and looking for good services because you get it from this branch.

Probably the laziest people in all of queens, twice I go there to open an account and the banker is always “on break”. Those people on break all day refusing to work. Are yall hiring? Cus id like to get paid for not doing anything.

I wish I can give a zero. I went there with a bonus to open the account. Ms. Delmaris didn't apply the code after 90 days she is trying to scam me with a flyer that has nothing to do with my account (SCAM). Don't go there customer service level you will find in a grocery store not a bank

By far the best banking experience I have experienced. Friendly customer service, knowledgable bankers and tellers, and extremely attentive customer service. Being recognized when you walk into the branch and have a team call you to check up is simply amazing. I had banked at a big corporate bank for many many years, but this small bank blows it out of the water.
