Need more staffing. I just walked up and there’s a hand written sign that says “on break will be back at 3”. No reason why there should be only one employee for the day there needs to be a minimum of at least three employees there to alleviate each other for breaks , call outs etc you’re missing out on customers and sales goals for the day !

one of my best experiences at GNC. Priscilla was amazing! thoughtful, engaging, was friendly and so so helpful with everyone in the store. was helping/checking out 4 different people all the while a large product drop off was happening in store. fantastic customer service

Placed a pick up order last night. Came the store for pickup. The website states they close at 8:30pm, i arrived at 8pm they were closed. This morning it states they open at 9am. It is currently 9:10 and the gates are down and no one is present. I wish they advertised the proper times!!

The rep who just helped was absolutely rude beyond belief. I’ve been to this location many times throughout the years and I’ve never come across anyone like that.

As someone who has struggled with gaining weight while working out, and relatively new to going to the gym, I decided to ask an employee "Am I doing something wrong in my supplements?" Carlos helped me understand and how to effectively gain weight and muscle with my body type and lifestyle. He answered my questions with different supplements and protein, to the point of explaining supplements and brands that I haven't considered taking. He even said if I continue down the accelerated path of working out, that the GNC premium plan would help me save money, have free shipping, and would be a one time annual cost. I didn't feel pressured by Carlos to buy any products that he suggested. Finalizing my transaction he wouldn't accept a tip, and gave me a friendly fist bump on my way out. Carlos relieved the stress and confusion of buying from GNC, and I will be returning specifically because of how Carlos was to the customers. I hope that GNC management sees this comment to give a raise and promotion to Carlos because he is very insightful, super nice, and an incredibly helpful employee.-Andrew (8.13.22)

I've been coming here for years staff is always nice and always ready to help you. Everyone is very informative which is great.I am afraid for this one to close down since I've seen the one on forest hills near F & E train stop Union turnpike is closed also the one on fresh pond road also closed :(

The store is in a convenient location. What I want staff at this store to do better is to not profile customers. I walk in the store, two workers at the counter and another assisting a customer. Once I walk in to get the multi-vitamins I get at this store about every month, the two at the register stop what they're doing, and follow me with their eyes throughout the whole store. I know exactly what I need so I'm not just meandering around the store. If there's a theft issue, that's why they have the camera systems. If a person doesn't need help, then it's not necessary to hover around them, and constantly change your position so they're not a customer anymore, but more of a suspect. I was not wearing baggy clothes or have a bag to put store items in, but the workers felt that they needed to change their demeanor and become loss prevention associates without cause. I don't think all customers are treated this way. Do better and I've complained to corporate.
