GameStop will hire just anybody. Going out of my way just to leave this review bc this store is absolutely garbage. Wish I could leave negative 5 stars. The two ladies were rude as hell when I was simply trying to pick up a $20 game my friend had placed for me. We had called about 20x before hand to confirm this pickup before anyone had answered, in which we were told everything would be fine in a dismissive tone. We even called customer service who verified the change in pickup on 3 separate occasions and had sent a confirmation email authorizing the pickup person. I was even on the phone with customer service while in store to which the lady kept trying to talk over us. So disappointing and a waste of time. Why work in retail just to be rude? Acting like this is their whole career, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it is. Sad

I went to pick up my pickup in store order, The lady who works there told me it was canceled when it was not. She stated I only had 3 days to pick up my item when the policy in the website clearly says 7 days. I was on my 6th day to pick it up. There should be no reason why my order should have been canceled with no cancelation email stating this.Just FYI, I called customer service, and they said it's 7 days as per policy, not 3 days. And informed me the lady at the store told me misinformation, and I should have picked it up at a different store instead.

If I could give this GameStop and its distasteful and dreadful staff a 0 maybe even a -9 I would. They lame asl, I called ahead 18 times literally to let them know, i had someone coming to pick the game for me. Giving full authorization to my friend and even added the name. I called customer support and they even confirmed I was good for having someone else pick up the game. Instead the person went and tried to pick the game and was met with two nasty rude individuals. I had 8 screenshots of proof. "I don't want to lose my job" all proof willingly provided and didn't let a 20$ game get picked up. I'd rather pay 65$ anywhere else for a 5$ game if it means I never have to visit this place again.

I go to this GameStop a lot, and the last three times I’ve went there’s been this horrible lady there who has scammed me off of money from trade-ins and nasty to me, embarrassed me in front of the store, person in front of me and others purposely hold up the line while I’m there to embarrass me it’s like she has it out for me I’ve never dealt with someone in a retail store like I have with this lady. I’m so upset that I didn’t take down her. I don’t think she was wearing a name tag and I don’t want to describe her because of obvious reasons, but look out because she is a witch! I will never be going there again, even though I love GameStop and I will have to be writing a letter to Management hoping that she gets fired. She one time wouldn’t give me store credit because I didn’t have my GameStop card even though I had it on my phone she is the worst. I hope she sees this review. if -10 reviews was a choice. I would hit it.

The two female workers are beyond disrespectful. They know nothing about gaming and laugh at the customers when they are leaving. Only thing funny is having more potholes in their faces than the streets of NY. Or working at GameStop at their age. Dont bother going to this store, these people are horrible!

I have been a pro member for many years and i spend hundreds of dollars every year and now when I have an issue Gamestop was not there for me. My packages were stolen and now my children will not have the games they wanted for Christmas this year all because Gamestop won't take responsibility and replace the stolen items. Instead you are making me go to the delivery service for some kind of resolution which i doubt will happen but even if it does it definitely will not be before Christmas. So I lose $200 in merchandise and my children will be disappointed on Christmas!!!! Great job for nothing Gamestop!!!!

Got to be the worst staff.. The female manager is very rude and is always talking to customers in a very unprofessional manner. Never going there again.... was a loyal customer for many years. Cause of her and some of her staff. Never again.. 0 stars

The female worker there is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The previous workers were always nice and helpful. She talks over you before you even finish a sentence. She was arguing with another customer and told her they could take it outside to fight. This place has gone downhill. Don't bother going here. Order online or go to another store. I don't see this store staying in business much longer if that's what customers need to deal with.

I used to buy a lot of stuff there but some with good experiences and recently with the most disappointing experience. Nobody is really there to help you pick games or give you good info even though sometimes i see three employees at the front desk. When i see them they have a miserable face. I think that comes from management. Few time I’ve seen while waiting in line that Linda is talking down to their employees. Twice i got the horrible attitude for that Person and couldn’t buy games just because i didn’t want to renew my membership or add insurance to the games. That’s why as the years pass by i see gamestop in decline.

***BUYER BEWARE**I got here at around 7:30pm. for the doors to be locked, and the female employee that was inside just ignored me when I had already paid for something to be picked up. This is highly disrespectful I never been to this gamestop before, and it looks like it's gonna stay that way.

I went to do a return and the lady working really did n't want to accept the return. This was for a case and I had carefully opened the packaging so as not to rip it. It didn't wind up fitting so I took it back. The lady claimed incorrectly that it had to be unopened in order for it to be returned. It was a pretty frustrating experience.
