Gave my phone the man who runs the shop, he told me that he would order a new charging port and it would be ready by the next day. Sure enough I called and it was ready at the time he said it would be (under 24hrs!). I have no complaints since he fixed my phone, and he was very diligent with his work which is always appreciated. It would no longer open.I went to Apple they recommended I go do data recovery at some extremely expensive location with terrible customer service.I hopped online and found LAPTOP MD!
