Just had one of the worst racism experiences ever at this CVS. I was at the store with my partner and as we walked in the security guard decided to stop us mid sentence to loudly and rudely interrupt us while we’re talking to introduce himself to us in a way that any POC will recognize as a dog whistle way of saying “I’m watching you.” Then as we were shopping he stalked down the aisles following us and finally as I was getting a drink from the cooler, I turn around and he’s standing directly behind me with a cvs cashier staring directly at us. I asked him what his problem was and he loudly starts shouting “are you doing okay??” I said, “ Are you okay? why are you following us?” To which he loudly accused me, “I thought I saw you slip something in your jacket.” Offended and embarrassed by the scene he was causing I replied “I come in here all the time, I live 2 blocks away and I don’t appreciate you following us.” He then continued to be hostile and escalate by taunting “I hope you appreciate it because I keep this place clean!!” At this point I dropped everything I was going to buy and immediately left. Idk where they hired this power-drunk racist security officer from but I will never come back to a CVS because of this and I used to come here multiple times a week after the gym. Never again CVS, this is not how you treat your paying customers.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. One of the pharmacy technicians was an absolute jerk. She was judgmental and rude when I tried to pick up something OTC and asked why I don't get a prescription as if incompetent doctors and pharmacy back orders aren't a thing.....This location will do everything within its power to inconvenience you. Their store phone operation is meant to put you in circles until the point you have to either give up or it just ends the call on you, and even if you can somehow reach a representative, they're gonna be the least helpful person ever. Do not send your prescriptions here unless it's an absolute last resort.Awful experiences abound here.

No pharmacy is perfect, so expect long waiting times. But this is clearly a great team who cares about helping people. They did everything they could to get my out of pocket price down and we're communicative and nice the whole time. They made a very stressful process a lot better than many pharmacies I've been to.

Seriously fuck this place. Every time I go there they throw a new policy at me. Today I had a very tight schedule and now suddenly they close mid today for an hour. I can't remember what the bullshit new policy they threw at me last time I went here was, but I recall even the person at the register apologizing and being embarrassed about it. Honestly I think people who do reviews of places should get a life, but this place sucks so much I needed to yelp about it.

I dread coming to this location because of the long and slow moving lines. The customer service is great though.

THERE IS ALWAYS A LINE ON 20+ PEOPLE. Pharmacist are very slow and not doing anything to fast track the line that you will wait 40-50 minutes on a good day. Switch to Duane Read next door.

The worst.Line for prescription pick up is never less than a 20 minute wait. After receiving notification that the prescription was ready and waiting 20 minutes was told they can't find it.Told to move over to another line to wait 10 more minutes to talk to the pissy, rude pharmacist. Given a partial of my 90 day supply. When I went back to pick up the remainder. I had the same process start again. This time I was pissed. The pharmacist treated me like it was my fault and was actually called derogatory names by both the pharmacist and the "security". Store manager didn't care, corporate sent a form letter saying I would be contacted. 2 weeks no response. I cannot find 1 person who has anything good to say about this pharmacy. Not trusting my medical needs to this poorly run place. Won't even get a pack of gum from this company.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CVS PHARMACY. Please please run far far away! It is very busy but that isn't the issue, it's the staff. I came here to fill a prescription and they gave me a wait time - no problem! I stepped to the side and waited. Once that period of time was up, I went to inquire if it was ready because no one had called that it was. Once I did go to inquire, the woman employee was very dismissive and quite frankly rude. In addition to asking about the readiness of the prescription I've been waiting for, there was an inhaler that couldn't be filled. When expressing that this inhaler that was prescribed to me couldn't be filled , she put a paper on the counter and said rudely, "Your prescription doesn't cover this inhaler, I need you to get this other inhaler prescribed because your insurance covers it" and points to the paper , while staring at her damn computer screen. No eye contact, no other proper communication, no information provided such as THE COST OF THE INHALER WITHOUT INSURANCE COVERAGE. Separately back to the other prescription that I had been waiting for . Come to find out it had been ready , and had I not asked I would have been standing around for a LONG ASS TIME. So I step to another desk where she directs me to an employee named Israel to help me next because my prescription is now ready. (They call us waiters by the way) I can check out ! I can go home yay! Not so yay- Israel briefly acknowledged me and said "I'll check for you just let me help this person first" That interaction of him helping that customer took way longer than it would for him to help me by simply GRABBING THE MEDS AND RINGING IT UP. After he helped this gentleman, HE PROCEEDED TO START HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER. At this point I was livid, and had to ask if he was able to check as I was waiting for another additional 15 minutes. And finally he got the prescription and rung me up. Absolutely disgusting and so rude. RUN TO ANOTHER CVS PHARMACY PLEASE . Besides the actual monstrosity and atrociousness of the so called "service" provided at this cvs pharmacy by the staff, the actual cvs store and customer service of the cvs employees (NOT THE ONES AT THE PHARMACY) is pretty amazing! So thats the positive part. Get yo prescriptions somewhere else to avoid crappy experiences that could disrupt your beautiful well flowing day!

they have a chronically understaffed pharmacy, the line is normally 30 mins long. cvs (i assume) pays for exclusive rights to act as the sole pharmacy provider for at least aetna, so i have to use cvs. there's a rite aid next door that's always empty. their app is pretty buggy too so a few times i've been notified that a prescription is ready, i've waited in line like 30-40 mins to be told they have no record of it. go literally anywhere else.

this is the worst pharmacy i've ever been to. every time i have gone it has taken over 20 minutes to get meds that are "ready for pickup". staff is extremely rude and clearly standing around calling people the r word and fooling around instead of doing their jobs. most recently, i waited for nearly 30 mins for them just to give me the WRONG THING. not only is this ridiculous, it's dangerous for pharmacists to be so unprofessional.

The following is about the inadequacy of CVS Pharmacy’s services policy. What I want to say is not about a specific CVS store. I am talking about your policy which has to update in order to protect the patients in accessing their medication without being delayed.1. For whatever reason when the pharmacy cannot provide the medicine ordered for the patient, the patient have the right to be informed immediately and be able to redirect the order to another CVS store that can provide the medicine or else the patient can withdraw the order so that the patient can have their own resolution.2. Once the pharmacy has accepted an order, the Pharmacy has the responsibility to provide the patient the medication that same day, unless other arrangement has been made otherwise.3. If your pharmacy service hours are changed, your Pharmacy is responsible to finish all the orders as accepted. When the off time comes and the Pharmacy has to keep on the job until every order is done. After all orders were ready for pickup, all products can be turned safely to the store manager’s control where he can serve any patient coming to pickup before the store closes.

THE WORST PHARMACY ever! I had to wait in a 20 person long line for 20 minutes every time and you will almost always a find the front register empty. The corporate website has been very sketchy also and takes up to 36 hours for a prescription to be filled via online.
