They did their best in fitting me in an orange and silver dress. It didn't take me an hour. I was dressed and ready in the shop. They both were very helpful, good customers service. “This boutique is absolutely adorable! I am so happy my colleague introduced me to it as I've never even noticed it despite going to the UPS and shoe repair stores next door quite often. It does share a parking lot with King Soopers and few other stores as well as food places so plenty of parking! I am far from country and southern styles but this boutique literally has something for everyone! Fabulous and one of a kind jewelry (trust me, I tried to find similar items online with absolutely no luck, which is great). Really great clothing items as well. Some of the brands, such as KUT, can be found at Nordstrom but Wild Blue seems to select the best of the best so it's all ready for you to shop. Prices are very reasonable as well! I've introduced it to some of my friends, and literally all of them are already the repeat customers. I definitely recommend checking it out if you are nearby or it's also worth making a special trip (especially considering the fact that there are tons of amazing places to have lunch/dinner around so you can make a super fun day out of it).”

“I went to Balani at the Philadelphia location for my first custom tailored suit and let me tell you the experience was great from start to finish. Michael was a pleasure to work with from the get-go.From offering complimentary beverages upon arriving to taking the time to get to know me and my story to better help him in assisting me picking out the garments needed for my wedding. Also for taking the time to really let me go through every catalog they had, and I made sure I went through them all, to make sure I found what I loved most. I didn't feel rushed or like he was even trying to sell me a suit at all but rather felt like a friend trying to help me decide what would work best for my fashion and budget. Getting fitted was also a breeze. 12/10 will be shopping again at Balani and telling all of my friends and family about the amazing services provided. And that’s just the service !!The Suit itself was immaculate and fit like a glove. Perfect fit, colors were even better than the swashes some-how and was made to be able to withstand a bigger guy getting low. “We had the most joyous ‘In the Mood For Love Disco Glam’ wedding and it was simply the most magical experience we could have asked for! When we first approached The Tailory, I wanted a suit that reflected the playfulness and vibrancy in our sensibilities and our wedding design. We were playing with the classic reds and golds of a Chinese wedding but also the glitter and glam of a queer disco party.
And as a person that runs hot, I did not want conventional suiting and I wanted to wear shorts! I call my suit concept ’the mullet’, a short jacket on top and long shirt in the back, both for style AND ventilation! We came up with a cropped bolero style jacket, a long dress shirt that almost felt like coattails, and knee length shorts. Shao was incredibly helpful working with me on the silhouette, the fabric, and button selection, and incorporating red trim in a nod to our color theme. She also suggesting a silk shirt designed for flow and breathability. Working together was such a fun process, and I love the suit fabric we selected, a dragon embroidered pattern in shimmering blue green. I also love that all the elements could all be worn separately in the future! And a special shout out to the Tailory team for being incredibly kind and gracious in the final weeks for helping to finish Anna’s gold wedding dress. We felt so comfortable and glamorous on the day of, from the ceremony to the dance party rager in the evening. We felt like disco royalty and most importantly we felt like US!”
“Sylvia was able to help me last minute with getting a qipao for the tea ceremony for my wedding. She had many patterns and colors available and the one I chose needed to be taken in a bit at the waist. She was able to make the alterations the same day and we picked it up a few hours later. We will definitely be returning in the future as she has so many beautiful colors and styles available other than the traditional red.”

“I was visiting my daughter in NYC, as I do several times a year. We have walked by this store many times, but finally stopped in. I needed a nice sweater to wear to a restaurant that had a dress code and I only packed casual clothes. I wore the sweater that night, but the weather really took a turn - it was 82 degrees on the weekend and only 45 by the time I left. The sweater I bought was on sale at such a reasonable price and turned out to be a lifesaver. I also bought a few other pieces of clothing on sale. I got a free large tote bag with my purchase that came in handy the rest of my trip and on my return flight since they only allow one carry-on bag.Tim was one of the sweetest people I have ever encountered in a store - especially in NYC! He was incredibly helpful and it was a true pleasure to meet him. Until he told us, we had no idea that Daily Thread has about 150 stores in 30 states, including the Chicago area. We also didn't know that Frye and Juicy Couture are owned by the same parent company!”
