Would not recommend location for servicing. Went in for a name change and they refused to assist me even though I had proper documentation. They explained that I would have to bring in an expired ID to further verify my identity. I called the customer service line twice (before and after my interaction with the bank), and they could not understand why they did not provide me with assistance.
According to the two young female bankers, they did not want to change my name because they told me I could be impersonating someone else and they did not want to get in trouble. I would have gladly spoken to KYC or the legal department to verify over the phone while providing my valid IDs. Not sure if they didn’t want to spend the time servicing instead of trying to make a sale, or simply did not want to put in the work, but my trip was a complete waste of time. I was absolutely racial profiled, and embarrassed in front of other customers in the lobby.
I’d give this branch zero stars if I could.

I didn't like it very much because if they see you that you don't speak English they act stupid and don't serve you quickly well AK I went I don't know if everyone is the same

This Chase Bank branch is an absolute nightmare when it comes to their ATMs. It's like clockwork – every single time I try to use one, there's some sort of technical glitch. It's beyond frustrating to deal with constant malfunctions, especially when you're in a rush or need access to your money urgently. The sheer lack of reliability is unacceptable, and it's high time they got their act together and fixed these issues once and for all. Banking should be convenient, but thanks to these perpetually malfunctioning ATMs, it's become a source of endless headaches and aggravation.

Helpful tellers but horrible over the phone customer service, I called to ask a question and while it was ringing connecting me to someone at the branch the call ended mid ringing, they had hung up on me
