I tell you guys, this world is going to end cos not only this business is getting worse, but in other popular stores like Rite Aid too! Is since I saw slightly more negative reviews here and there. Like this, World is gonna end unless the manager is intelligent on training their employees' personnel to have nicer attitude then this negativity wouldn't happen.
I was about to come here to pay via the Amazon Pay code option which can let Amazon customers pay with cash instead of credit or debit card for their orders, as the Grandview Av Rite Aid is closed since last year October. Is not only that Rite Aid filed for bankruptcies and stuff, is also because of the way they manage employees as well, based on my experience. This B& H Check-Cashing store too.

Poor customer service. Worst customer service skills ever!This place is unbelievable! I had to use it because it is on short walking distance from my place. It was a pain in the butt to cooperate with them. I did not have any intentions to write a bad review. I did not, before yesterday. She just pushed me to write this review.She was rude, she refused to help me for an unknown reason, seemed very stressed and they did not want to explain anything. And then she cursed me out for no apparent reason.She just refused to help me, and kicked me out. Karma is a bit**. Remember that.
