Do not take your car to this place. I had a terrible experience that cost me an additional $2,700. I brought my car there after it was hit while parked. There was a big scratch on the passenger side bumper but drivable. I came to pick it up after it was ready and there was a scratch on my driver’s door and chipped paint. It wasn’t a big scratch but it wasn’t there when I dropped it off. They tried to blame me for the scratch but my car sat there for two weeks and it did not have a scratch on the driver’s side handle whenI dropped it off
The car was driving fine and there were no issues just the scratch. After two days of arguing with the Ryan at the shop, he agreed to repaint my door for free which at first seemed like a great solution but it ended up costing me money in the end. Bad idea. The repainted screwed up my driver's side mirror blind side detector. I had to fully replace it.
While I was driving back, my car sensors went off and notified me that my sensors were malfunctioning and I needed to take it to Toyota.
When I took it to toyota, they informed me that two sensors in my front bumper were damaged and need a full replacement. ALSO the driver’s side door mirror needed a full sensor replacement. The toyota tech showed me the car taken apart and the computer screens showing the malfunction. I explained to toyota that the driver’s side door was repainted and he said that likely caused the issue, especially since it was the passenger side that was hit.
Insurance eventually reimbursed me for the bumper sensors but not I had to pay upfront. The mirror, which was never an issue to begin with, set me back $800.
Do not take your car here, especially if you have a newer car with all the technology. It appears that they just slap on the bumper without properly calibrating the sensors or checking them.
Terrible experience, irresponsible, careless and unprofessional repair. They also left white paint stains on the back of my driver's seat.
Don't take your car here and be wary of the positive reviews. I thought my experience would be better but it was an absolutely expensive headache and awful experience.

I had a scratch/dent on the hood, from a bicyclist running into my car. Auto-Glen works fast and they did a great job making my new car look new again.

After I got into a car accident, I had other shops trying to play me like a fool. I went to auto glen and they walked me through the process like true professionals that have gone through the process a million times.
On top of that my car came out like I just bought it off the lot. I was absolutely stunned of how well of a job they did. I can say truthfully that my car came out looking better than before the accident.
On top of that they cleaned the inside of a car after I left it somewhat of a mess after the accident.

They went above and beyond on my front end and body repair. I was hit driving home from work. They handled everything regarding the other drivers at fault insurance and provided prompt, very skilled service. They stuck to their initial time line and returned the car in better condition then I could have ever expected. Really went the extra mile. 10/10
