This body shop is amazing! My car was hit while parked and they destroyed it. My insurance was giving me the run around and took over a month to deliver my car to this shop. Albert was very patient and continued to check in on me until my car was taken to his lot. Once my insurance got their stuff together and delivered my car to Albert he started working on it immediately and ensured it was fixed in about a week. He did an amazing job, he cares about his customers and my car looks BRAND NEW! I will be referring everyone here and if you are looking for an amazing shop with great customer service - GO HERE!

A car backed up into my Honda Accord and sped off. Lucky my dash cam got him. A friend suggested Albert Autobody so I took it there. Albert and everyone that worked there was great. Was a smooth process dropping it off and picking it up. Imagine my surprise when I found my car fully detailed as well side bumps not cause by the accident also fixed. This will be my default autobody shop from now on!

So, my father's car was damaged by an Amazon truck. The mirror was destroyed & we put in a claim on Dec 8, sent the photos of damages to Amazon's insurance & took it to this place for an estimate, and as of today January 5, have not received a response from this auto body shop with an estimate. That's one whole month wasted time. I have had to call three times, after my father went over there three times to resolve the situation. All messages were ignored, and the owner never called me back. Meanwhile, our claim was denied because Amazon's insurance needed an estimate to proceed with the claim. Now, we have to start all over again with another body shop. This place is irresponsible and non-communicative. I do not recommend, definitely not. It has one star because I had no option for zero.

Albert auto body is AMAZING!!!I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality body work & repairs. I took my car to them after the last snow storm we had damaged my car & they worked wonders.
