When I proceeded to make the insurance claim for my vehicle I bypassed the company that they try to push you to use. Instead I chose to use a local glass installer and im very glad I did. “Everyone I met at the shop was very professional and polite, something I appreciate because I've been to enough shops where I'm made to feel unwanted or stupid because I'm a woman. That was not the case at Shirley Auto body. I walked in on a Monday morning because my car had been towed there Sunday after something broke in the engine. The shop was already busy but I was welcomed and my car looked at when they had a chance. Tony reached out to me, confirming what I already knew since my car was pretty much at the end of its life. My engine was damaged. Tony was polite and understanding in answering my questions about towing the car back to my house and what I owed. My car was brought back to me a dar earlier than I expected and put back in my driveway like I requested. So I will definitely be back when I have any other vehicle problems... Just hoping not too soon, lol.”
