“I love this bank. It feels like a small town bank but it's a chain on Long Island. They can do everything a big bank does, but with personalized service. They know their customers and are extremely helpful. I used to use one of the major bank chains and the level of service did not even come close. I dreaded having a question or needing to go into the back for anything. But not at FNBLI Patchogue. I actually like going here. Everyone that works is this bank is fantastic. I have also been to the Sayville and Huntington branches and have been very happy with the service there also. I can't say enough good things about this bank.”

“Very good customer service. Branch Manager, Paul is very professional, and helped my wife and I open new accounts as a result of our old account being accessed by an on line hacker. He helped us even with the branch past closing time. Very impressed with this service.”

“I lost my debit card and so I went to this location to get a new one which they print for you right there and so quickly. Donna the manager helped me and She was so kind and helpful and even suggested transferring my account to higher yield savings account and opening up a CD which She did so efficiently. She really went out of her way and I am so grateful.”

“Patchogue branch: Fast drive up service, quick, professional manager response if you have an issue or questions, ATMs are very outdated and typically will not accept deposits, front door card reader access to lobby ATM hasn't worked in months! Nearest other branch locations require pretty long distance travel.HOT tellers!! :-)Online app: Fast, easy log in, user friendly, good format, fast real time posting of most transactions with the exception of electronic direct withdrawals. They take 24-72 hours or longer if a holiday is in effect to post as a pending OR completed withdrawal.Customer service call line: Pretty bad, not intuitive, confusing, difficult to navigate, long wait times, nearly impossible to speak to a live representative. No representatives available after 1:00pm, RIDICULOUS!!24/7/365 live customer service representatives are SOP with almost every other financial institution.”
