“I moved up here from Long Island January of this year & my biggest fear was not having a trustworthy & honest mechanic that I had. I was recommended by my plumber to use J & M auto. The 1st time when I called I s/w Ralph & I mentioned a few things and he said I have an early opening the next day. Brought it in & they did an over all inspection & mentioned rear brakes/shocks needed to be done. He asked if I could leave it for the day except my mom can’t drive to pick me up. Without hesitation Ralph said I can drive you home & pick you up when it’s ready. Ralph is a genuine down to earth, super friendly & so easy to talk to and explains everything in detail. The work was completed by the end of the day. The great thing too if you can pay by cash he works it in for you. My fear is gone because I now have my mechanic?.
