I ask merchants to use USPS now since in all of the Bronx, there are only 3 FedEx offices where you can pick up packages once the drivers fail to deliver. I had ordered a baking dish from amazon because I am 60 years old with two hernias and need packages delivered to me. Instead, they attempted delivery only one time, never attempted again, never sent text updates even though I signed up for them, and even though I tried multiple times to request redelivery, they sent the package back to the seller. They did not need a signature. They just decided on his/her own to take the package with them and never ever try to deliver it again. These folks only do one thing. Their ONLY purpose for existence is to deliver items. They are very poor at that job.

EVERYONE GO COMPLAIN AT THEIR INSTAGRAM PAGE. THEY ACTUALLY FOLLOW UP THERE. don't waste time complaining to mount vernon fed ex manager. 1. The driver made me go down to the lobby because the door bell didn't work, he lied. 2. Different delivery the driver said i wasn't home after i waited 12 hours (thats the mount vernon delivery window)There is nothing worst in the carrier business than Mount Vernon Fedex. unfortunately if someone sends you something through fed ex you have to deal with the worst fed ex carriers in the world. go to Instagram and comment on their post. IS THE ONLY WAY

Multiple times the driver claims he is unable to deliver. Today i happened to be walking my dog and saw him pull up, i run to him and asked if he had my package i was expecting - he goes on to tell me he didn't have anything for my address. I checked the tracking info 2 mins later and was updated to Customer Not Available. This piece of $*** lied. I go to the shipping center as i was told, and waited for 2 hrs to be told driver is running late and my package is not available. Customers should not be treated this way if we are paying for services from you.

I don't understand how you can see a package is labeled to be delivered to an apartment complex, but you deliver it to a house instead. The delivery address says it's to go to an apartment building on a high floor but the delivery man delivered it to a random house,outside its front door. I wish I could give them no stars.

I have been waiting for a package that requires a signature. The driver said he rang the bell, and left a tag. because no one was at home. I am not only home, but took a day off. To gain entry to my building, the system sends notices to both house and cell phones; no phone notices from FedEx. I don't know how he got in the building. After reading the reviews. the overwhelming number of 1 star reviews says it all...this is the worst delivery service imaginable. The 800 number is useless. They can't contact the local store, can't give me a way to contact the local store. I would not recommend FedEx. Go anywhere else!

Never have I gone to a shipping center and they refuse to print a label. Besides the fact there is only 1 person in there.... No manager no assistant manager... just one person there to be as least helpful as possible

the drivers are lazy. Anytime I have an order Coming with FedEx EXPRESS I know I'll have to pick it up myself. They lie and say delivery was attempted.Today I was Literally outside my building speaking with neighbor received an attempted delivery notification for 12:10pm mind you im outside and saw NOT ONE FEDEX TRUCK IN SIGHT. The truck driver who delivers to our area is old and grumpy. Can't even ask him a question without him having an attitude. He needs to be fired and replaced. I've never had an issue with the FedEx in YONKERS.

the drivers that work out of this facility are lazy. they will say no one was home and reschedule your delivery (i work from home). they are known for this type of behavior in my neighborhood. and if you are scheduled for a delivery on a friday... good luck because they will not deliver your package. what is the point of expedited shipment when these incompetent workers fail to make the delivery.

It's a small space and easy to miss I almost drove past it. It's also tucked away from the main road so if you're not paying attention you will miss it. However, they're really nice and helpful. No complaints about the service I received and I didn't have to wait very long at all.

Great Customer service, Staff was super friendly, The location was very far for to get to, and the rain was rough that day but Tasha, went above and beyond to help me because my package couldn't be delivered. Thanks again Tasha. Excellent customer service.

I honestly wish review services would allow consumers to select no stars. The drivers from this FedEx location are the ABSOLUTE WORSE. Talk about LAZY individuals and LIARS. I have had to deal with FedEx all month for different packages and each time they claim they made an attempt to deliver and were unable to because no one was home. However, I WORK FROM HOME and NO ONE rings my bell so I at least know you are downstairs AND no notice is left to say you were here. I don't know how this location continues to exist in business but if it were up to me my packages WOULD NOT come through this FedEx facility. It is ABSOLUTELY disgusting and UNPROFESSIONAL to conduct business in this manner.

I am only putting a star because it is necessary but Fedex is absolutely the WORST CARRIER I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. THEY NEVER DELIVER. They say they do but they do not. They never deliver. Like NEVER. DID I SAY NEVER. NEVER NEVER NEVER. Even when you set up the notifications, even after leaving specific instructions, even after complaints, and claims and more claims. Even on different occasions, with different packages that have been ordered from different companies. They NEVER DELIVER. How is this possible. How can they say that they don't have a manager when asked to speak to someone. How can a company that is supposed to deliver, get away with not delivering to their customers. Why do I have an app? Why did I set up a business account? Because I thought I would surely get my deliveries. It doesn't matter. Ask me why.....BECAUSE THEY NEVER DELIVER. Once they even say they are allowed to not deliver if they feel threatened or unsafe due to covid. How? If they DON'T DELIVER. Oh I did get a package once and It looked like it had gotten caught in the wheels of the truck. It had a huge hole in it and then the carrier left it in the lobby. They didn't ring the bell they just left it and walked away. A neighbor saw it and she didn't know it was mine she even felt it wasn't right so she looked to see the apartment and brought it up. There is no coincidence that this same incident happened on another day by the same neighbor. I SWEAR! A hole big enough for the items to be removed. She brought the package up to me again saying they just left it there. I was forced to deal with them these last 2-3 occasions because the information and Items I requested only used FEDEX and AGAIN, THEY DID NOT DELIVER!
