Sandra...Where are you! I have been to the pharmacy a couple of times and you can definitely notice the difference in customer service...they take a long time to give the medicines and a helping hand is essential when you enter a pharmacy...I miss your professionalism and personality

I have been a client of this pharmacy for the past 20 years and they had 3 different owners and they always kept Sandra who always went above and beyond for excellent customer service regardless of the weirdness going on there. Now that she isn't there I have 0 reasons to pick my mother's prescriptions sent there. This is such a pity.

The worst pharmacy you can go to. The lady there is rude, talks over you, and provides poor customer service. First time I dealt with them she called me asking for me, when I asked who it was she kept on telling me I can't tell you that. Like seriously? You called me. You could have just said I'm from wise Drugs. She kept on telling me she couldn't tell me who she was. I had to hang up and search the number to see who it was. When I called back she tried justifying her behavior saying that she didn't need to tell me who she was and I had to answer her questions. Whatever. I let it go the first time because I really needed my prescription. Second time is today, I had recently changed my insurance and didn't know that Wise didn't accept my insurance. She told me to go to a different pharmacy and request for the prescription to be transferred. Okay, that's fine. Sounds simple right? I go to a pharmacy two blocks away and Wise is giving this pharmacy a really hard time to get the prescription transferred. The same lady even hung up on the pharmacy that I went to. The pharmacy called 3 times because Wise didn't even transfer the medication. Even I had to call Wise to see what's going on.Although I hate my new insurance the only bright spot is that I don't have to go back to Wise. Honestly even if I didn't get my insurance changed I would have probably not returned to Wise Drugs. If you are in the Richmond hill area you are better off at Trumed Pharmacy, which is two blocks down.

The only reason I gave them a five star is for Sandra because she is always so helpful and polite she is the only one who calls me when my RX is ready she is the only one I’ve ever see there and I am a long time client I mean years. I hope she doesn’t leave

I only go here for the spanish woman. I believe her name is Sandra(I'm bad with names) she has always been so helpful, kind, and actually cares about the patients that come in. Any questions I need answered she is very informative and is FAST when working. Calls me when my refill or prescription is ready. I been going here for years and see MANY people leave and thankfully so cuz I wasn't a fan of some of them!!!! But that's a whole different story but she is great!!!!! The day she leaves is the day I'm out of there. I have a pharmacy closer to me it's nothing bad I just wouldn't bother making the trip of I didn't need to. Plus it's good to see her face around the neighborhood. I hate leaving reviews but it's well deserved for her

The lady is the worst pharmacist representative of all time!! I had multiple rude incidents with her. She also refused my father service for a non-pharmacy related service. She should be fired. She is incredibly slow and terrible. She hates doing any type of work, I don't understand how she is still working there. Does the owner not realize how incompetent she is?I highly suggest going to another pharmacy unless you want to wait... for any type of service. Based on her attitude, it's not like they want your business anyways. It's really hard to support small businesses, such as Wise Drugs, when their employees act this way.Let me know when you hire another representative. As of now, 100% do not recommend.
