It's the worst ever customer service I met in NY! Terrible! Nobody came at the appointed time. I called them 3 times but they lie about time. Why do you promise guys to make delivery from 12 till 4 pm to your customers guys but nobody come? Completely ruined my day! I canceled very important appointment cause of you! The driver came 7:30 pm !!!

Just got my kids prescription filled. Staff is amazing. Kids had cold and they totally knew what they needed. Called my doctor and no struggle.Worth the time and thank you for all the help!! Will come again and tell others because you were great!!

I was at Jamaica Hospital and needed medicine fast for my kid. The doctor didn't do great job explaining but the pharmacist here was wonderful. He took his time for me and my son. My son was afraid of the doctor but the pharmacist was wonderful to him and he made my son feel good. THANK YOU!!! I will come back again and again.

I was running late to pick up my medication and the pharmacist stayed beyond closing time and waited to make sure that I get my blood pressure medication. Since this was a change to a new medication he took the time to explain the side effects and made sure that I understood the new regimen. It is nice to find a pharmacist with such personal touch. Will be recommending this pharmacy to all my friends and family to come here.

Salespeople and pharmacists are very accommodating in getting the right medicine doses. High volume slows things down, but they don't let it get to them. Very helpful to my family!

Very Nasty customer service. We are in a whole Pandemic and the so call gentleman got on the phone after Selma couldn't understand what I was telling her about the copay and didn't want to hear what I had to say jist wanted to know if I had the copay or not!!!
