The tellers and customer service is good but the waiting in the line is ridiculous. Need more tellers at the front.

Crowded as always. Probably the only TD-Bank location in Queens which offers banking service till 6:00 pm on weekdays.

This is a very busy branch always full with people.I wait 3 hours to open a account. I met Sonia who calm me down as I was angry how long wait. Sonia is really great and kind. She is very professional. Go see Sonia if you want a great service. Thanks Sonia and Td bank
